Anatomy of educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members

Since the beginning of the educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members, with the support of leaders and comrades at all levels, the learning, theoretical level, and policy concepts have been improved, and their work has been well completed. However, in this activity, through the study of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the three important thoughts, with the help of comrades, I seriously carried out serious reflections on my usual practical work and ideological dynamics. I deeply feel that I still have a lot of problems in my study and work. Compared with the requirements of my superiors, I still have a long way to go. In order to warn myself, correct mistakes, identify the future, and work in order to benefit, in accordance with the requirements, in line with the innocent organization, innocent of the attitude of the people, self-analysis of the problems in my own aspects as follows:
First, there are problems systematically not enough theoretical study. Mao Zedong Thought is a summary of the experience of the victory of the Chinese revolution and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries. Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong Thought under the new historical conditions. It is contemporary Marxism with profound content. A complete and systematic grasp of its scientific system and spiritual essence will benefit endlessly. Engaging in education requires a solid theoretical foundation. My own theory is not true, and I need to arm myself with scientific theories. However, for many years, we have been unable to persevere in theoretical study, especially when we are busy with work. We are always immersed in complicated and complicated affairs. We always use old eyes, old methods, and old experiences to treat and deal with new problems. Feet, not enough for some forward-looking and instructive theoretical studies.
Treating work is sometimes only satisfied with the task of earnestly completing the tasks given by the school leaders. It is often just a step by step according to the work arranged by the school. The sense of pioneering is not enough, and often seek stability and confusion. Since my thoughts are not liberated enough, I can't talk about the courage to dare to think, dare to test, dare to dare, dare to take risks, lack of difficulty in understanding, and difficult to advance work attitude and courage.
I usually only try my best to do my job, not paying attention to what is happening around me. I am not enthusiastic enough, not active enough, and I am not enthusiastic and proactive in caring about the people. The teacher did not communicate enough, and did not enthusiastically help the surrounding comrades to find ways to help solve practical problems.
II. Analysis of Causes I have problems in all aspects. The reasons are manifold, subjective, objective, and internal, but external. Subjective factors are at work.
First, I have "walked through the field" in political studies, stopped in form, and perfunctory things. Although I often study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory and the three important ideas, I did not pay much attention to my thoughts. It is clear that there is a lack of thinking in learning, only to understand Mao Zedong Thought literally, without conscious of the essence of his thoughts, and not to grasp the powerful theoretical weapons of Comrade Deng Xiaoping, so that his understanding of theoretical knowledge is decoupled from reality and does not play a guiding role in theory. Just learning for learning, making learning formal and dogmatic. I don't have a strict study plan and a system that restricts my own learning. I can only say that I have a desire for knowledge, but I lack the perseverance of self-consciousness, let alone the position, ideas and methods of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought to study new situations. Analysis of the new situation, solving new problems, and thus thinking about problems, doing things, doing work is inevitably subjective, limited, one-sided, not too far, not standing tall, the ideological realm does not mention a higher level.
Second, as a party member, the requirements for himself are not high enough. I think that the work is so busy, there are so many things, and the time is not enough. It is not bad to do my job well. I have no active and enthusiastic exchanges with the people.
Third, the spirit of pioneering and enterprising is not enough. It is neither contending for the first nor the backward. It is a good thing for the Taiping people to go to the middle and upper reaches of the country. "High starting point, large span, great development, and advanced" are all out of reach. The spirit of being bold is first and foremost worse than before.
Third, the rectification measures In response to personal problems, I will look for reasons from the depths of my thoughts, work hard in the body, quickly rectify, and work as soon as possible, and strive to improve politically, make significant progress in thinking, and do a good job.
Strengthen the study of political theory and improve its own quality. In the future, we will further correct our learning attitude, improve our learning methods, connect theory with practice, and grasp the key points of learning. In practice, we should formulate a detailed political theory learning plan, and take time out to implement it. Through learning, we will continue to arm our minds with new knowledge, new culture, Marxism-Malaysia and Deng Xiaoping Theory. Improve personal political training, enhance analytical problems, solve problems, and discern the right and wrong, and pay attention to the actual integration and guide the actual work.
To overcome the difficulties of time, we should care more about the people as much as possible and actively, communicate with other teachers, and enthusiastically help the surrounding comrades to analyze the specific situation, and find ways to help solve practical problems.
As a member of the Communist Party, I must always keep a clear head, keep up with the pulse of the times, give full play to subjective initiative, consciously strengthen party spirit, learn to be good at summing up and observing in work, and raise awareness of pioneering and innovation. Party spirit is the foundation of each party member. We must uphold party spirit, strengthen the concept of business and self-discipline, and do our own self-examination, self-examination, self-policing, and self-motivation.
