Strengthened the weekly inspection, daily operation, maintenance and overhaul tasks of the power supply equipment in the low-voltage power distribution room of the whole plant, and made it standardized and institutionalized, so that the maintenance has plans, the work has content, and the time has nodes. The plan and personnel have been put in place, the equipment maintenance record is complete, and the safety protection device is reliable, ensuring the safety of energy use.

2. Strengthened monthly regular meter reading and monitoring of water pressure and voltage, so that the data is accurate and timely. When the water consumption, water pressure or voltage changes, it can take timely measures and contact with relevant departments to ensure scientific research. The energy demand for production also ensures unnecessary waste of energy.

3. Regularly clean the 13×××21 water supply wells and maintain and repair 57 main water supply valves and 13 km 10kv high-voltage power supply lines, 13 power transformers, 10km water supply pipelines, 57 water supply valves. The well water supply is maintained normally, so that the pipelines and valves are leak-free, and the phenomenon of running, running, and leaking is eliminated, which effectively saves energy.

4. Strengthen the daily management of energy, and do a good job in the collection, statistics, analysis and accounting of energy data. Through energy data management, timely understand the production load situation, carry out the corresponding load adjustment, and provide appropriate technical support for the reasonable arrangement of maintenance plans. Through the statistics and analysis of energy data in the past year, the entire energy management work has reached a new level. In XX, the energy data was accurate and the energy cost was calculated correctly. The annual energy saving fund reached 980,000 yuan.

Second, relying on science and technology to improve energy efficiency

In the energy management work of XX, the company actively carried out publicity, study, and implementation of the Energy Law and other activities to further deepen employees' awareness of energy conservation and safety. In the work, energy-saving measures were included in the production plan. Promote energy-saving technologies in equipment maintenance and overhaul, increase the application of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly products; replace advanced equipment with advanced energy-saving and environmental protection equipment in equipment renovation, and promote energy management in the second plant, especially It is the development of energy-saving work towards deeper and higher goals.

To ensure the safety of energy supply and the safety of energy use, corresponding technical guarantee measures must be taken. In the energy management work of XX, XX is subjected to pressure test and DC leakage test for high-voltage test tools according to the plan; The ropes and other weight-bearing tests carried out safety and energy maintenance and repair work, and improved the strong and reliable technical support conditions. The total number of joint inspections in the whole year reached 52.

Strengthen communication and promote continuous improvement of energy management

Due to the special circumstances of the second plant, in the energy management work, there are many counterpart departments, such as the XX department, the power supply bureau, and the on-site construction unit, so strengthen the information exchange and communication with the superior authorities and energy-using units, and timely grasp The demand for energy supply units and energy-using units is the daily management of energy management. In the whole year of management, the operation management of power outage, power transmission, water stop and water supply has been strengthened, so that it can be handled according to the rules and regulations. In the past year, the power transmission information can be reported to the production management department in time, and the relevant users can be notified in time and get favorable comments from users.
