Second, the scope of competition for posts
The competition for the post is limited to the promotion of sub-share positions or the promotion of the position of the sub-share level to the position of the stock-level position. Third, the way of competition and quantity

5, organization inspection
The object of the survey is determined by comprehensive selection, that is, the competitor competes in the interview and the democratic evaluation. According to the proportion of 40% of the interview and 60% of the democratic evaluation, the score is calculated, and the total score is calculated. The party group will determine the target according to the overall score, and publish the list and the minimum score.
The determination of the scores of the survey mainly considers the two aspects of the annual assessment results and commendation in the past three years. If the annual assessment is excellent and equal, once an additional 2 points, the annual assessment is competent, and no points are added. The recognition includes a comprehensive evaluation and a single award jointly awarded by the business and personnel departments. The advanced workers commended by the bureau will be commended once by the county party committee, the county government or the municipal department, plus 2 points. 6, serving
According to the interviews, democratic evaluations and investigations of competitors, the party group decided to decide on the candidates to be selected. After the determination, the proposed candidate will be publicized for five days in accordance with the relevant provisions before the appointment. If there is no objection during the public notice period, the relevant materials shall be reported to the County Personnel Bureau for review according to relevant requirements.
The appointment and dismissal personnel determined by the County Personnel Bureau shall be appointed by the personnel department if they are appointed or removed by the personnel department; if they are appointed or removed by the unit, they shall be published by the unit and the documents shall be sent to the personnel department for filing within one week. Six, discipline requirements
