After comprehensive consideration by the township party committee, according to the principle of work needs and reasonable allocation of personnel, reasonable exchanges, unified balance, appropriate adjustment, collective discussion to determine the appointment of personnel. Posts that are not selected after two-way selection can be consulted by personnel who have no identified positions, and the second round of two-way selection.
If the two-way selection of the hired personnel is requested by the local party committee, the township party committee may arrange for the specific position to be tried according to the actual work needs. If the disobedience arrangement or the trial period has not been hired, it shall be treated as post.
Employing personnel, according to the situation of the township dynamic tracking and assessment, can not be qualified for the work of the employer, for dismissal. Dismissed personnel are no longer employed for job selection and are not employed for post.
