一年級：練習用鉛筆寫字，寫得正確、端正、整潔，執筆方法和寫字姿勢正確；會按照田字格里範字寫字，學習使用和保管寫字用具，培養寫字興趣和良好的寫字習慣。
二年級：繼續培養寫字興趣，繼續練習用鉛筆寫字，寫得正確、端正、整潔；初步掌握正確的寫字姿勢和鉛筆執筆要領；在認識常用漢字的偏旁部首的基礎上，逐步掌握其寫法，初步了解漢字結構；學會使用和保管寫字用具，初步養成良好的寫字習慣。
三年級：練習用鋼筆寫字，學會鋼筆的執筆和運筆方法；學習用毛筆書寫各種筆畫及常用偏旁的方法，了解各種筆畫和常用偏旁在字中的搭配關係；繼續培養寫字興趣和良好寫字習慣。
四年級：繼續培養寫字興趣和學習用鋼筆寫字，要求寫字正確、端正、整潔，行款符合要求。
五年級：要掌握鋼筆字的正確書寫方法，比較熟練地掌握鋼筆書寫中筆畫和偏旁的寫法，及其在字中的搭配關係，提高寫字的成功率。
六年級：能比較熟練地用鋼筆寫字，有一定速度，抄寫漢字每分鐘不少於20個，字跡工整，行款整齊；養成較為良好的寫字習慣，培養鑑賞審美能力。
、作業要求
1、嚴格學生的作業，要求做到書寫工整、規範、美觀，力爭一次寫好，不塗抹。修改有統一的要求。
2、行款整齊，用格要居中，大小要適當，字距要合理，行距要恰當。
3、在正確、端正、勻稱的基礎上，有一定的速度。
4、改變批閱方法，教師要用“圈劃”的辦法，圈劃出認為合乎規範的字型。田字格、小字批改等級一律用“優、良、差”代替，教師適當運用激勵性的評語對學生的書寫情況進行評價。
五、建立健全評價機制
1、評字是整個寫字教學中至關重要的一步，是寫字指導的延續和提高。因此，在教學中，要充分調動學生的主觀能動性開展自評、互評、點評，建立良好的評價機制、激發學生的寫字興趣。
2、完善考試評價標準。各學科的檢測都要設有規定學生書寫的評分要求，在學生方面適當加減分一項。重視卷面書寫評價項目，認真評價卷面分，以此促進學生在平時的學習中養成良好的寫字習慣。
3、引入競爭機制，規範定期開展各種寫字的競爭活動和考核制度。堅持平時檢查檢測制度。
4、開展多種有關寫字活動。學校每期隨機抽樣1-2次檢查作業情況，評比“寫字之星”。每學期進行一次寫字比賽。並按時出榜公布，把寫字教學落實到每一堂課，每一個教師身上，作為教師工作和學生學習考核的內容之一，以此調動廣大教師學生寫字的積極性，創出有質量的寫字特色。

為進一步貫徹區教育局教研室關於建設書香校園的活動，有效地促進我校寫字教學的活動開展，徹底扭轉學生的書寫現狀，特制定本方案。

中國書法歷史悠久，博大精深，不但有著鮮明的藝術性和廣泛的實用性，而且自身還蘊藏著豐富的德育因素。在教學中如果注重挖掘這些因素，並恰當地將其融合、滲透在教學當中，對培養學生良好的道德情操，提高他們自身的道德素養和知識水平會大有裨益。
