為加強教師隊伍建設，不斷提高我校教師的師德修養和育人水平，結合本校教育的現狀和教師隊伍建設的實際，按照中心校校工作計畫，決定在全體教師中廣泛開展師德建設活動。
一、指導思想：以“三個代表”的重要思想為指導，以《教師法》《教育法》及相關政策法規對教師的要求為準繩，以教師職業道德規範為核心，圍繞我校教育管理的有關要求，加強教師師德建設，塑造我校教師良好的師德形象。

1、建設一支德高業精的教師隊伍。
2、在切實減輕學生過重負擔、提高教學質量上有新的突破。
3、在創建良好校風，營造和諧文明的氛圍，爭創精神文明方面，邁上新的台階。
4、在全面提高學生素質，培養創新精神和實踐能力方面有新的實效。
四、主要任務：
1、提高教師的思想政治素質。
廣大教師要認真學習鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想和科學發展觀思想，以良好的思想政治素質影響和引領學生。
2、確立正確的教師職業理想。
全體教師要志存高遠，愛崗敬業，忠於職守，樂於奉獻，自覺履行教書育人的神聖職責，以高尚的情操引領學生全面發展。
3、提高教師的職業道德水平。
要認真貫徹黨的教育方針，遵守法律法規，樹立先進的教育理念，自覺加強師德修養，模範遵守職業道德規範，以身作則，言傳身教，為人師表。
4、著力解決師德建設中的突出問題。
要堅決反對教師譏諷、歧視、侮辱學生，體罰和變相體罰學生的行為；堅決反對向學生推銷教輔資料及其他商品，索要或接受學生、家長財物等以教謀私的行為。
Fifth, the implementation steps:
1、動員階段：
召開全校教師大會學習相關檔案、宣布師德建設活動方案，引領廣大教師充分認識新時期教師職業道德的深刻內涵。
2、學習法規討論階段
全體師生採用集中學習、分組討論和分散自學的辦法，認真學習師德師風教育活動檔案材料，每個教師都要作好讀書筆記，寫出學習心得。每個教師讀書筆記不少於4篇，學習心得不少於2篇。
3、自查自糾階段
在學習提高的基礎上認真進行自查。每位教師都要對照《教師職業道德規範》和有關教育法律法規及新時期教師素養要求，認真查找在政治思想、教育思想、教育方向方面，對待學生方面，治學方面，儀表和風度等方面存在的差距與不足，明確今後整改和努力的方向。
4、整改提高階段
師德師風教育，貴在常抓不懈，重在取得實效。要在開展教育、提高認識的基礎上，邊學邊改，邊查邊改，把整改貫穿於學習教育活動的全過程，以更高的要求規範教師行為。
5、檢查驗收階段。
在教師自查自糾過程中，要全面了解和掌握情況，推廣先進經驗、樹立優秀典型，查處違紀的人和事。學校師師德領導小組成員，對全體教師的師德師風進行考評。
六、主要措施：
1、強化師德教育。
多渠道、分層次地開展各種形式的師德教育。在加強和改進教師思想政治教育、職業理想教育、職業道德教育的同時，重視法制教育和心理健康教育。建立和完善學校德育工作者的培訓制度，尤其是對學校班主任、負責人等德育工作者進行師德教育專題培訓。
2、加強師德宣傳。
學校要利用教師節組織師德主題教育活動，以慶祝教師節和表彰優秀教師為契機，集中開展師德宣傳教育活動；要結合“師德標兵”、“師德先進個人”的評選活動，挖掘師德典型，大力弘揚人民教師的崇高師德，廣泛宣傳模範教師的先進事跡，展現當代教師的精神風貌，進一步倡導尊師重教的良好社會風尚。
3、嚴格考核管理。
建立師德考評制度，對師德表現不佳的教師要及時勸誡，經勸誡仍不改正的，要嚴肅處理；對有嚴重失德行為、影響惡劣者給予相應的黨紀、政紀處分；學校在年終考核時，要把師德表現作為考核的主要依據，實行師德考核一票否決制。
