Elective courses such as instrumental music, folk dance, sports dance, aerobics, calligraphy, art, vocal music, broadcast host and choreographer were opened. The combination of compulsory courses and elective courses will enable the classroom teaching of art education to proceed in an orderly and effective manner.

Second, the enrichment of activity class teaching reflects the characteristics of running a school

Colorful extracurricular and off-campus art activities are the cradle of students' individuality and specialty development. The school carries out the characteristic education mainly based on art education. One of the purposes is to improve students' performance ability and practical ability. The improvement of abilities and literacy is inseparable from the teacher's classroom teaching, but it also needs to create opportunities for students to build a platform for students to have more activities, more presentations, more practice, and more performances. 三、渲染藝術氛圍弘揚人文精神

其實,特色教育是手段,“舞動青春,四季放歌”也是手段,抓特色教育的教學、培訓和活動還是手段,我們主辦特色教育實驗學校也是手段,那么我們的目的是什麼?那就是渲染藝術氛圍弘揚人文精神,全面落實黨的教育方針和政策,全面實施素質教育。因此“潤物細無聲”潛移默化見精神,正如在給湘鄉二中掛上“湖南省特色教育實驗學校”這塊牌子時,就已經給我們學校定了位了,要辦成“國中教育的視窗,素質教育的旗幟,高中特色教育的典範”。在今後工作中,我們將從以下幾方面尋求新的突破:

1、加強領導,加大藝術學科教師培訓力度。要讓學校藝術教育得以全面的、深入的高質量實施,關鍵在教師。建設一支師德高尚、業務精良、結構合理、數量穩定的藝術教師隊伍是學校藝術教育發展的根本大計。所以,我們必須儘快對藝術學科教師加大培訓力度,提高其自身“造血”機能,更好地適應新課程的需要。培訓分兩個層次進行,一是對全員音樂、美術教師進行藝術綜合知識與技能的培訓!;二是對藝術類活動指導教師實踐能力的培訓,為學校藝術課的順利實施和藝術教育活動的蓬勃開展,儲備雄厚的師資力量。

2、調整課程結構,強化藝術教育實踐活動。以國家指令性的藝術課為主導學科,以開設規範藝術活動課程和特色校園文化藝術環境課程為輔助課程的課程結構。將校園文化藝術環境建設納入藝術教育課程之中,使藝術教育工作更加科學化、規範化、制度化。

3、完善藝術教育評價機制。學校將進一步完善藝術教育的評價機制,向全體學生提出“五個一”目標:即每學期展示一次藝術才能,了解一位藝術大師,參觀一次藝術展覽,欣賞一件藝術作品,精學一項藝術本領。重視過程評價,著眼促進每一個學生的發展。評價方式為學生自評、生生互評、教師評、家長評及社會評價相結合,定量評價與定性評語相結合。

作為一所半世紀的百年老校,重視藝術教育已成為我們的傳統。學校由主管教學的副校長直接分管藝術教育工作,由四名音樂教師負責日常事務。下設藝術總指導、形成層級管理網路。為實施多彩發展教育提供了強有力的領導保證。

2、師資雄厚、工作落實

學校重視藝術教師的師資隊伍的建設。學校共有4名音樂教師,都達本科以上學歷,二人獲得研究生學歷。音樂組年富力強、充滿開拓和創新的精神,力爭使學生喜歡音樂藝術、崇尚高雅、熱愛生活;使學校的音樂藝術教育工作呈現出勃勃生機。此外,知名教授、指揮家、教育家和文藝團體專業人員定期的親臨指導,更為實施多彩發展教育提供了強有力的師資保證。定期聘請老一輩藝術家來校作講座等。從廣度上探索普及學校音樂藝術教育的可能性。

3、設施完備

學校劃出專業標準音樂教室作合唱排練房等藝術特色教育專用教室。為學生配備了專業音樂院校所需要的鋼琴、架子鼓等,為藝術教育配齊各種電教設備、教學圖片、音像資料等。近年來根據教師的特長在原有的合唱隊專用教室基礎上,又花費近十萬開闢了數字音樂藝術教室,更加體現了我校在長春市綠園區中心城區學校硬體設備中首屈一指的地位。學校提供給學生自主發展的空間,讓他們在尊嚴、寬鬆、平等、自由的環境中茁壯成長,讓他們的身心、心智、智力得到充分、全面地發展。充滿了音樂藝術文化氛圍的校園裡,學生能在不知不覺中得以音樂藝術的薰陶和特長的培養,促進人格發展,提高整體素質。

4、藝術教育工作規範化

每學期音樂教師都必須寫學期工作計畫與總結、並不時地對音樂藝術教育工作和藝術實踐活動進行階段性工作匯報,形成了一系列有據可查的檔案與資料。今天的長春市第87中學,校歌依然高唱著多年前的鏇律。而在“多彩教育”的辦學理念的指導下,學校合唱團已經達到了百人,這離不開我校藝術教育工作和藝術團隊活動完善的規章制度。

5、依法開展藝術教育工作

學校嚴格執行《吉林省長春市中國小課程計畫》,科學合理地安排全校的周課時表,開齊、開足音樂、藝術欣賞課程,開發藝術拓展型、研究型課程。我校音樂藝術教育已形成點面結合、以點帶面的格局。音樂藝術教育特色介於專業和業餘之間,在專業教師的指導下進行正規的學習和訓練。音樂藝術教育也借鑑、吸取特色藝術教育的做法,在教學內容上有很大拓展。

6、學校重視藝術教育的基礎教育和音樂特色教育的教學以及合唱團、舞蹈團、小樂隊的建設與排練。在普及面上下工夫,爭取87中學的畢業生人人都會一項音樂技能,為他們藝術的終身修養打下基礎。真正做到以審美教育為核心,以優秀的藝術作品為載體,通過典型形象的欣賞、學習、表演和創作使學生在美的感召和陶冶下,激起情感共鳴。培養學生健康的道德情操、良好的藝術鑑賞能力和創新精神,提高藝術的課堂教學質量。同時藝術特色教育,藝術特長生的培養目標定為:培養較合格的音樂藝術表演人才才,培養一批有良好音樂藝術欣賞水平的國中學生群體。保持藝術團隊在市、區領先的地位,做到人無我有,人有我精。在保持藝術團隊在市區領先地位的同時,傳統的項目要有更多的團隊敢闖市級隊,新的數字藝術要爭取邁步進入市級領先地位。再創作了許多優秀合唱藝術作品在市區比賽中獲獎。如在綠園區“情系祖國.心向黨”中國小合唱比賽中,我校的合唱《祖國你好》、《游擊隊歌》獲得一等獎的榮譽;為慶祝建黨XX周年,在長春市五環體育館,我校合唱團參加的“我市萬人演唱會——唱響共產黨好美麗家鄉好”大型演唱會中,我校合唱《在燦爛的陽光下》作為壓軸戲,受到了省市區領導的一致好評。

結合教學實踐,四位音樂教師寫了多篇教育教學論文,教學設計。如:《音樂課堂上應該提倡師生互動的模式》、《器樂課堂可以提高學生學習音樂的興趣》、《論中學小樂隊建設的普通模式》、《初探國中學生合唱中咬字吐字問題》、其中多篇論文刊登在相關的刊物上。我們四位音樂教師將再接再厲,彰顯我校的藝術特色,努力把我校的藝術工作推向輝煌時期。
