Hidden accidents, prevent all kinds of safety accidents, ensure the safety production form of our village is stable, the whole village people have a happy, peaceful and peaceful Spring Festival, combined with the actual situation of our village, decided to carry out the first safety production in 20XX in the jurisdiction. 領導小組下設辦公室在大山村民委員會辦公室，龔昌貴兼任辦公室主任，姜洪、肖現志為辦公室人員，負責日常工作，其他成員負責所在村民組以下應檢查的範圍及內容。
二、檢查時間
20XX年1月14日至3月15日
三、檢查範圍及內容：
本轄區內道路交通安全、地質災害安全、非煤礦山安全、建築施工安全、社會消防安全、煙花爆竹安全、危險化學品安全、校園安全、森林消防安全、食品藥品安全、農村用電安全、農機、農用車、沼氣池安全、民爆器材、等行業、企業的生產安全。
Fourth, work requirements
1、精心組織，周密部署。各組，各行業採取積極有效措施，切實加強春節等重點時段的安全生產工作，周密安排部署好這次大檢查工作。
2、深入排查治理安全隱患。結合我村實際，針對本轄區、本行業、本單位安全生產存在的突出問題和薄弱環節，開展全面、徹底的排查，重點排查非煤礦山、煙花爆竹、民爆器材、危險化學品、道路交通、人員密集場所等重點行業的隱患。要建立隱患台賬，實行台賬管理，對排查發現的隱患，能立即整改的要立即整改，不能立即整改的要限期整改。對重大安全隱患，要及時報告鎮安監站，由安監站處理；對可能引發重特大生產安全事故或嚴重危及民眾生命安全的，要責令企業停產停業。要充分發揮民眾監督作用，加強輿論引導，動員、鼓勵全社會關注和參與隱患排查治理工作。
3、認真做好春節期間的值班值守工作。
4、及時匯報，認真總結。各組、各行業在安全生產大檢查中要保持信息暢通，及時匯總上報檢查的有關情況，並對這次的大檢查的工作開展情況進行總結，並於3月15日前將大檢查工作總結報安監站。
篇五： 安全生產大檢查方案
根據《郫縣人民政府辦公室關於組織開展安全生產大檢查的緊急通知》檔案要求，為深入貫徹“6.5”和“6.6”省、市安全生產工作電視電話會議和縣安全生產工作會精神，按照“屬地管理”、“誰主管，誰負責”、“誰發證，誰負責”、“誰審批，誰負責”的原則，進一步加強安全生產和消防安全工作,最大限度地控制安全生產事故,杜絕重特大安全生產事故的發生,認真吸取“6.5”公車燃燒事故，礦井、隧道垮塌事故的慘痛教訓，做到舉一反三，防患於未然，針對夏季火災、道路交通、建築施工、企業生產等事故易發和我局安全生產工作實際，民政局黨組高度重視，及時研究組織開展安全生產大檢查工作，特制定大檢查實施方案：
一、認真傳達安全生產會議和檔案精神，及時安排部署安全生產大檢查工作
局成立以局長為組長的安全生產工作和火災隱患排查整治領導小組。6月8日上午，組織召開全局幹部職工安全生產知識培訓教育會，向全局幹部職工認真傳達國務院、省、市關於進一步開展安全生產隱患排查治理工作和縣安全生產工作會精神，總結我局今年以來消防安全和安全生產工作情況，深入分析我局消防安全和安全生產工作全面情況，通報成都“6.5”公共汽車燃燒事故和我縣當前消防安全和安全生產工作形勢，學習傳達市、縣安全生產工作的有關檔案，就下一步全面抓好全局消防安全和安全生產工作進行具體安排部署。要求各福利企業、中心敬老院、社會托老院、殯儀服務站、局級機關、局職工家屬區、各災民板房安置點從認識消防安全和安全生產工作形勢，查找薄弱環節、增強消防安全意識、自查自糾消除隱患、強化督查加強執法等方面著手，大力抓好消防安全和安全生產工作，繼續抓好各福利企業和社會托老院《20XX年度安全生產消防工作責任書》的落實。進一步開展防火、防盜、防交通、防生產事故等宣傳、培訓、教育工作，做到消防安全和安全生產警鐘常鳴，人人是宣傳員，個個是消防安全和安全生產監督員，在安全生產責任落實年，在第八個“全國安全生產月”活動中，層層落實責任，做到安全生產，嚴防大小事故發生。
二、組織安全生產隱患排查整治，狠抓安全生產責任制的落實，確保全全生產形勢穩定
我局下發《關於進一步加強民政福利企業安全生產工作的通知》和《關於進一步加強中心敬老院、社會托老院消防安全工作的通知》，從6月8日開始到6月12日結束，我局在相關分管領導的帶領下，組織局福利企業管理科、社會事務科、救災救濟科、基層政權科、局辦公室等有關科室同志對全縣民政系統涉及到的企業、事業單位、局機關進行全面詳細的安全生產工作大檢查。其分工責任為：
1、福利企業管理科：由科長雷常發同志帶隊，對郫縣福利印務有限公司、郫縣蜀龍包裝製造有限公司、成都川派豪客實業有限責任公司、成都市犀浦銀雁床上用品有限公司等全縣25家民政福利企業，再次進行安全生產大檢查，各福利企業簽定《郫縣安全生產工作責任承諾書》，及時排除安全隱患，完善消防設施，督促企業懸掛“安全生產宣傳掛圖”和安全生產警示標識，再次對職工進行安全生產知識培訓和逃生自救演練，指導企業嚴防事故發生；
2、救災救濟科：由副科長呂力波同志負責，對天順老年休養院、晚霞休閒中心、頤家怡老年公寓等社會托老院和全縣6所中心敬老院以及犀浦養老院進行安全生產詳細檢查，各福利機構簽定《郫縣安全生產工作責任承諾書》，嚴防火災和食物中毒事故發生；
3、基層政權科：由科長張勇同志負責，對全縣各活動板房使用安置點，按照防火和安全生產有關要求，再一次進行“拉網式”消防安全和安全生產隱患大排查，及時整治安全隱患，嚴防火災事故發生；
4、社會事務科：由科長仰大明同志負責，對全縣殯儀服務站點進行安全生產大檢查，督促殯儀協會殯儀服務站抓好車輛、消防、冷凍、用電、用火等安全生產工作，嚴防交通、火災事故發生；
5、局辦公室：由主任韓先武同志負責，對全局車輛、辦公室、家屬院等進行一次全面安全性能、安全隱患大排查，在家屬院張帖《安全告示》，嚴防車輛、辦公室、家屬院發生安全事故；
各檢查整改小組，在6月20日前將各組督促檢查整改情況書面報局辦公室匯總。局辦公室於6月30日前經局長簽字、加蓋單位公章，以檔案形式報縣政府辦綜合科，並抄送縣安監辦備案。
各責任工作組對查出易燃物資亂堆亂放、擠占消防安全通道、車間生產機器和生產資料擺放擁擠、通道狹窄等消防安全和安全生產隱患，要責令相關企業和事業單位限期整改，切實促進消防安全和安全生產工作的有力開展，特別對易燃有毒原材料、產品生產廠家的重點部位、場所、消防設施、電源設備著重進行督促整改，增添防範措施，本次集中檢查整治工作重在收到明顯成效，要督促有關單位繼續投入，堅持和完善安全生產和消防安全工作制度、設施。
三、切實加強宣傳教育，不斷提高幹部民眾安全生產意識
我局將充分利用民政工作集會、文體活動、福利企業職工和全縣村組幹部培訓、宣傳標語、宣傳單等廣泛開展夏季防火和安全生產宣傳教育，營造聲勢浩大的夏季防火和安全生產工作氛圍，使幹部民眾多掌握防火滅火和安全生產及逃生自救常識，切實提高全民消防安全意識，鼓勵乾群主動舉報火災隱患和安全生產違規違法行為，大力增強幹群安全生產工作的能力。我們將按照市縣職能部門的要求，繼續組織和發動廣大職工民眾開展以“遵章守紀、關愛生命，安全發展”為主題的安全生產教育活動，廣泛開展“讀一本安全生產知識書籍，提一條安全生產建議，查一起事故隱患或違章行為，寫一條安全生產警示語，看一部安全生產警示片，接受一次安全生產知識培訓，憶一次事故教訓，當一天安全檢查員”等民眾性活動。堅持做到安全生產工作常抓不懈，杜絕事故發生，確保職工生命和財產安全，爭創安全生產工作先進單位。
四、嚴格值班值守，確保信息暢通，切實做好應急準備工作
我局不斷健全民政系統信息暢通機制，保障幹部職工每天24小時通訊聯絡暢通，完善搶險救災應急預案，通過“5.12”地震災害和“6.5”公車燃燒事件，進一步完善抗災救助信息報送制度和維穩制度，嚴格落實節假日值班值守和領導帶班以及大假封車制度，加強車輛管理和駕乘人員安全警示教育，全局幹部職工做到能及時妥善處理民政相關應急工作，切實防止事態擴大或次生事故的發生，確保社會穩定和各項工作的有序開展。
