第三階段教室搬遷、班級布置、場地硬化。
第四階段研究確定校旗、校徽、完善各項制度。
第五階段校園體育活動器材的安放。
校園文化建設是一項周期長，見效慢的系統工程，需要反思和思考的地方較多，只有大膽探索，不斷實踐，時刻心繫校園文化建設。相信在各級領導的大力支持下，經過愛崗敬業的教職員工的通力合作，丁樓國中未來的教育將更加輝煌。

提煉具有時代性的辦學育人理念，培養優良的校風、教風、學風；以開展各種文明創建活動為中心，努力建設內容豐富多彩，格調健康向上，既充滿生機活力又促進師生共同發展的校園文化，形成學校濃厚的文化氛圍；通過校園文化建設活動，促進學生思想道德和科學文化素質健康協調發展，努力構建和諧校園。

顯性文化建設方面
顯性文化建設方面除定期籌措資金改善辦學環境外，主要圍繞“六化”工程來不斷加強和提升：
1、淨化方面，加強衛生管理，養成衛生好習慣。落實好每周晨檢工作，做到勤洗手、勤剪指甲、不留長髮；做到不隨地吐痰，不亂扔紙屑；教室、校園衛生做到每日清掃，垃圾定點堆放，及時清理，達到教室窗明几淨；桌面、牆壁無亂塗亂畫痕跡，桌兜、書包無廢紙、零食及包裝袋等，地面無垃圾、果核、紙屑和菸蒂；綠化帶無垃圾，文化牆面無髒物等。
