古詩詞考級活動。共分8級:1級為背誦1-20首古詩;2級為背誦1-40首;3級為背誦1-60首;4級為背誦1-70首古詩和《三字經》選篇;5級為會背、會默寫70首古詩和《三字經》選篇;6級為會背、會默寫70首古詩和《三字經》選篇、初步了解古詩的意思,初步體會作者的感情;7級為背誦規定的15首宋詞;8級為背誦規定的15篇古文。考核分基本考核和跨級考核。基本考核為每一年級必須達到相應的等級,考核時間為每學年第一學期的第11周,補測為13周,合格率達50%以上。跨級考核定於第二學期的11周,13周基本考核達通過綠為100%。1-4級,7-8級為面試形式,5-6級為筆試形式考核達到80分為過關。學校為每位學生訂一本《小學生必背古詩詞70首》,學生興趣高漲。通過這項活動,有利於培養學生讀古詩文興趣和習慣,積累語言。還使他們了解祖國優秀的傳統文化,提高古詩文鑑賞水平,陶冶高尚情操。
Carry out reading activities.由於校安工程原因,我校圖書室、會議室、工會活動室三合一,我們克服種種困難,圖書室於每周三中午如期開放,學生借書熱情高,豐富同學們課餘生活,開闊學習視野,充分發揮圖書教育功能,同時也讓書香工程真正的“香”起來。
開展好校園系列文化活動。每周一的升旗儀式、國旗下講話,少先隊的入隊儀式,開學典禮、期末表彰等均以莊重的氣氛,深深影響學生,做到形式新穎,內容充實,具有時代性和挑戰性。我們還抓住凝聚著悠久歷史的每一個紀念日開展文化活動。如三月份植樹節活動,我校推出“五個一”活動,即出一期黑板報,種一棵樹,寫一句護綠標語,制一塊護綠牌,做一項護綠活動。在班主任的帶領下,學生們想出了許多極具創意的標語,製作出造型不一的標語牌,讓校園春意盎然。四月份清明節掃墓活動,帶領3-6年級學生祭掃了桐溪革命烈士墓,接受愛國主義和革命傳統教育。在六一兒童節前夕,我們舉辦了慶六一文娛匯演活動,同學們認真準備,精心排練,把自己的才藝充分的展示出來,把活動推向高潮。 ......
開展與瑞安市集雲實驗學校結對活動。集雲學校是瑞安市一流學校,具有強大的科研水平和文化氛圍,上學期集雲學校領導、骨幹教師送教下鄉,就學校管理,校園文化建設,課堂教學做了指導,使我們受益匪淺。本學期我們派骨幹教師到他們學校參加教研活動、課堂教學,切實提升我校教師的課堂教學能力和綜合素質。
通過豐富多彩的活動使我校校園生活充滿著文化氣氛,使校園文化建設的品質不斷提高。
4、強化督導、凝練文化
充分利用制度管理文化建設。班級評比、學生評比。定期更換內容。企業文化建設研討會,不斷豐富文化內涵。
作為為人師表的教師群體,必須在校園文化建設中積極參與並充分發揮主導作用,才能引導校園文化建設沿著正確的方向向高層次發展,將學生培養成為既具有良好的專業知識和文化素質,又具有良好的思想品德、身體素質和心理素質的一代新人,使學校成為社會主義精神文明建設的重要基地,使學校不辜負社會和歷史所賦予的神聖使命。
篇四:文化建設工作方案
去年以來,支隊大力實施執法文化建設,“五個一工程”在全支隊“開花結果”,被市交委命名為重慶交通系統第二批文化建設示範單位。為繼續推動交通綜合執法文化建設活動深入開展,推進文化成果轉換,促使執法人員對支隊文化理念體系的認同與主動跟進,特制定20XX年度文化建設活動實施方案。
First, the guiding ideology
堅持以鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導,以科學發展觀為統領,以文化成果轉換為重點,充分發揮文化的凝聚、激勵、規範、引導功能,增強幹部職工的認同感、歸屬感和責任感,調動全員的積極性、主動性和創造性,努力提高支隊文化軟實力、核心競爭力和示範影響力,為交通綜合執法工作的全面創新發展提供強有力的思想基礎、精神動力和智力支持。

按照支隊文化建設三年規劃的要求,從理念認同、品牌推廣、形象宣傳等方面全面抓好文化建設落地生根,持續推進文化建設,實現支隊文化理念職工認同率達100%,實現“交通執法”品牌標識必要項目使用率100%,規範使用率100%的目標。

文化宣貫工程
1、理念培訓宣傳。按照文化宣講至上而下的模式,開展中層以上幹部文化理念培訓,組建文化理念宣講隊伍,層層推進文化理念宣貫。通過廣泛的培訓、交流,在支隊內部形成一支綜合素質高、專業能力強、相對穩定的文化建設隊伍,形成一種積極向上、凝心聚力的文化氛圍。
2、視覺形象滲透。進一步擴展支隊視覺基礎識別系統的套用範圍,在內部標識和對外服務載體上統一視覺識別系統,逐步實現事務用品、辦公設備、室內裝潢、建築外觀、標示標牌等文化要素常規運用,加強支隊文化內外宣傳滲透,推進支隊形象規範化、標準化建設。
