Hold a general meeting to elect a trade union committee

5. When the first meeting of the new committee is held, the division of labor will be carried out, and the chairman of the trade union will be elected by voting. 4. The election method for the reelection of the trade union:

4. Elect a scrutineer to supervise the whole process of the election. The scrutineer was elected by a member who was not a candidate and was voted on by the General Assembly.

5. The election will be conducted by secret ballot. The list of candidates on the ballot papers is arranged in the order of the last name strokes.

6. The elector may vote in favour or disapproval, or abstain from voting. Those who vote against the vote can choose another person.

7. The votes cast by the election shall be equal to or less than the number of voters, and the election shall be valid; if the number of votes is more than the number of voters, the election shall be invalid and shall be re-elected. The number of selected votes for each ballot paper is equal to or less than the number of valid candidates, and more than the number of candidates to be selected is invalid.

8. Candidates are elected when they receive more than half of the votes cast by the electors.
