1、建團隊確保發展

青年教師是學校的未來，是學校可持續發展的主力軍，青年教師得不到發展，學校就得不到發展，我想這是一個共識性的問題。我校教師有兩個入口，其一為從全國各地招聘來的骨幹教師，這一部分教師教學能力強，能很快融入我校的教育教學工作之中。而另外一個入口是從全國六所著名師範院校畢業的免費師範生。他們學科基礎牢固，但臨場經驗薄弱，這兩年來，我校進了34名應屆師範畢業生，以後每年都可能要進一些。針對這些青年教師，我校在他們進校之初為他們指定入職指導老師，從備課、上課、教學常規等各方面進行指導，然後組織上合格課，上課合格後才能安排課務。正式入職後，由備課組為其挑選學科成長指導老師，為他們的發展進行全面指導。

為讓我校的校本研修更有特色，只有走出去，吸收名校的方略，匯總提煉為我校的方法方是發展的上冊。一年來，學校教師全員走出校門，到了十幾個城市，幾十所學校參觀學習。開陽一中、貴陽九中、貴陽實驗三中、貴陽一中、北師大株洲附校、北師大廈門海滄附校、長沙雅禮中學、南雅中學、湖南師大附中、北師大成都實驗學校、四川綿陽中學、台灣昌平國小等省內外名校都有我校教師的足跡。凡是外出學習的老師，回來後都會主動將學習心得交教務處，每次外出回來，都會推薦一名教師開展二級培訓任務，負責的老師們也精心準備、多方收集、認真傳達，讓全校老師都能感受到每一所名校的不同的同時能找到學校發展的好路子。

走出去、開闊了視野、拓寬了思路。除此之外，學校還外請專家進校對老師進行全員培訓，讓老師們不出校門，就能接觸大師，與中國教育接軌。一年來到我校講學和培訓的專家已超過20人次，而這些專家，都是目前教育界的知名人士。北京師大貴陽府中的專家喬榮凝老師、王京華老師對全校教師進行全員培訓和課堂示範，北師大包頭附校的於世斌校長對我校教師課堂進行指導，北師大附中原校長，貴陽附中校監魏義均老先生為我校物理教師多次上示範課，多次進班上課，對我校教師的成長提供了很大的幫助。今年7月，北師大海滄附校的教師培訓場地放在我校，來校講學的專家包含林格、譚旭東的知名專家學者。

5、精心組織校本培訓

為了讓學校的教研氛圍越來越濃，為了充分發揮校內優秀教師的資源，也為了更加豐富老師們執教經驗。學校每個學期開學之初都會安排長達五天的校本培訓，培訓內容豐富多彩，培訓方式層出不窮，有錢文忠教授解讀三字經的視頻學習，有校長對校園文化的闡釋和說明，有教務處的常規研讀，有優秀教師的優質課堂打磨經驗傳遞，也有年輕教師成長途中的疑惑等。培訓期間，還組織閱讀教育經典著作，這個學期讀的是《第56號教室的奇蹟》，每個教師還寫了5000字以上的讀書筆記。其實對於學校教師而言，只要有培訓，筆記和心得都是自發要寫的，凡是發了教育著作或者文學作品，讀書筆記也是要寫的。

6、開展四級聽課活動

為了讓老師們取長補短、揚長避短，學校全方位的開展聽課活動，讓老師們站好課堂、站穩課堂、站牢課堂。學校積極開展老帶新幫扶活動，師徒間開展相互聽課活動；備課組積極教研、開展組內同課異構、一課多上聽評課活動；年級組協同青年教師協會，教務處配合校長室開展每周的匯報、示範課聽評課制度；學校校務會成員在全程開放自己課堂的前提下，不定時不定期的觀課。四級聽課活動的開展，老師們備課更仔細了，上課更認真了，效果也就更明顯了。

積極申報科研課題

課務安排 我校嚴格執行國家課程標準，開齊課程、開足課時，有效用好每周35節課，不擠占音體美等學科課時，認真開好研究性學習、信息技術、通用技術等課程，政教處組織學生開展社區服務和綜合實踐活動。 學校組織學生學習《三字經》《弟子規》，學習沈校長編寫的校本教材《舉手投足之間》，學生撰寫了學習心得體會，學生們認為學習《三字經》《弟子規》懂得了做人的道理；學習《舉手投足之間》，明白了細節決定成敗的道理和個人修養的錘鍊問題，在以後的學習和生活中會有很大的幫助。教務處在排各學科課時，做到學科之間錯位排課，兼顧老師間的相互聽課，老帶新儘量做到老教師在前，新教師在後，保證師徒結對的質量，打破了語數外的課只能排在上午的傳統格局。

常規管理 老師提前一周備課，每周一開課前教務處檢查，教師上課時必須帶教案上課，嚴禁無教案上課。學校任何部門和個人不得抽調學生搞非教學活動，更不得隨意停課。 教師在每一節課前第一次鐘響時到達教室侯課，第二次鐘響時開課，嚴禁遲到和拖課現象的發生。教師在用課件時幻燈片張數不能超過9張，每張幻燈片字數不超過七行，聲音設定、圖片設定不能太花哨。教師在安排學生自主學習或合作學習時，必須走下講台與學生進行一定的交流，並予以恰當的指導。教師在提問時，必須先出問題，後問學生，嚴禁將問題作為提醒、告戒乃至懲罰學生的手段。教師課堂上不得否定學生、冷落學生的問題，對學生的回答應多給予關注和肯定，應關注每一個學生，提問的對象不能長期局限在部分學生身上。 晚自習樓層值班第一道鍾必須到相應樓層維持紀律，所有老師不能進教室安排其它與自習無關的事宜，不能將學生叫出教室；高中第一節晚自習可以不講課，可以安排學生複習相應學科內容。早讀課負責老師嚴禁講課，必須讓學生大聲讀書，不一定要齊讀。
