走出去、開闊了視野、拓寬了思路。除此之外,學校還外請專家進校對老師進行全員培訓,讓老師們不出校門,就能接觸大師,與中國教育接軌。一年來到我校講學和培訓的專家已超過20人次,而這些專家,都是目前教育界的知名人士。北京師大貴陽府中的專家喬榮凝老師、王京華老師對全校教師進行全員培訓和課堂示範,北師大包頭附校的於世斌校長對我校教師課堂進行指導,北師大附中原校長,貴陽附中校監魏義均老先生為我校物理教師多次上示範課,多次進班上課,對我校教師的成長提供了很大的幫助。今年7月,北師大海滄附校的教師培訓場地放在我校,來校講學的專家包含林格、譚旭東的知名專家學者。

5、精心組織校本培訓

為了讓學校的教研氛圍越來越濃,為了充分發揮校內優秀教師的資源,也為了更加豐富老師們執教經驗。學校每個學期開學之初都會安排長達五天的校本培訓,培訓內容豐富多彩,培訓方式層出不窮,有錢文忠教授解讀三字經的視頻學習,有校長對校園文化的闡釋和說明,有教務處的常規研讀,有優秀教師的優質課堂打磨經驗傳遞,也有年輕教師成長途中的疑惑等。培訓期間,還組織閱讀教育經典著作,這個學期讀的是《第56號教室的奇蹟》,每個教師還寫了5000字以上的讀書筆記。其實對於學校教師而言,只要有培訓,筆記和心得都是自發要寫的,凡是發了教育著作或者文學作品,讀書筆記也是要寫的。
