1. Both Party A and Party B shall jointly and consciously abide by the provisions of the State and _________ on the building of party style and clean government and the provisions on contracting for construction projects.
2. Party A and its staff shall:
Party A staff shall not ask Party B for sponsorship and receipt of benefits such as rebates in any form.
Party A's staff shall maintain normal business contacts with Party B, shall not accept Party B's gifts, securities and valuables, and shall not ask Party B for communication tools, vehicles, home appliances and high-end office supplies, and shall not reimburse Party B for any units or The fee paid by the individual.
Party A staff members are not allowed to participate in banquets and high-consumption entertainment activities that may affect the fair execution of official duties.
Party A's staff may not request or accept Party B's work arrangements for housing renovation, wedding and funeral, family and children's work, and convenience for going abroad.
Party A's staff members shall not participate in domestic and international tourism activities arranged by Party B in the name of inspection or visit.
Party A staff shall not introduce to Party B the family members or relatives and friends to engage in economic activities such as material equipment supply and project subcontracting related to Party A's project.
3. Party B and its staff shall:
Party B shall conduct relative business work through normal channels, and shall not present gifts, securities and valuables to Party A's staff for the purpose of obtaining certain improper benefits.
Party B's staff shall not conduct private negotiations or tacit agreement with Party A staff on project contracting, engineering costs, material and equipment supply, engineering quantity changes, project acceptance, and project quality problems for personal gain.
Party B shall not use the business of negotiating business or signing economic contract as an excuse to invite Party A staff to travel or enter a high-end entertainment venue.
Party B shall not purchase or provide communication tools, vehicles, home appliances and high-end office supplies for Party A's units and individuals.
4. If Party B finds that Party A and its staff members have violated the above agreement, they shall report to Party A's leader or Party A's superior unit. Party A shall not seek any excuse to retaliate or refrain or delay the work of Party B.
5. Party A finds that Party B has violated this Agreement or used unfair means to bribe Party A's staff. Party A shall report to Party B's superiors or relevant departments, and Party A shall bear the losses caused by Party A.
6. This Agreement shall be the subsidiary file of the Contract for the Contracting of Works and shall enter into force immediately upon signing by the parties to the Agreement.
7. This Agreement shall be in quadruplicate. Each Party and Party B shall hold one copy and submit it to each of the witness and the discipline inspection and supervision organs.
