6. During the construction period, Party B shall assign comrades to be responsible for the safety and fire prevention work of the project; Party A shall assign comrades to contact and inspect and urge Party B to implement relevant safety and fire prevention regulations. 7. Party B must strictly implement and comply with Party A's safety production and fire management regulations during construction, and accept Party A's supervision, inspection and guidance. 10. 11. Party B shall use the tools used during the construction period. The lender shall ensure that the equipment and tools being loaned are in good condition and meet the safety requirements. The borrower must conduct the inspection and make a written record. The borrower shall be responsible for the custody of the equipment and tools once received by the user, and shall be strictly responsible for the safe operation procedures. 12. The personnel of Party A and Party B shall not dismantle or change the construction site scaffolding, various safety protection facilities, safety signs and warning signs. If it is really necessary to remove the change, it must be approved by the person in charge of the construction site and the safety management personnel assigned by both parties, and take necessary and reliable safety measures before dismantling. 13. Special operations must implement the National "Special Operation Personnel Safety Technical Training Assessment Management Regulations". 17. During the construction, both parties should pay attention to the protection of underground pipelines and high-voltage overhead lines.
