Article 4 Party B shall not dismantle or modify the structure of the house, the water supply pipe and the electrical circuit without the consent of Party A. If Party A approves Party B to carry out the transformation, the modification cost shall be paid by Party B. For renters who have dismantled or altered them without authorization, they will terminate the lease contract.

Article 5 The housing repaired by Party B shall be the responsibility of Party A for the normal maintenance and public health of the original equipment. Party B shall be responsible for the abnormal maintenance of the equipment in the house.

Article 6 Party B shall abide by Party A's housing management regulations, and shall protect the housing, consciously keep the stairs and aisles clean and hygienic, and care for the doors, windows, and hydropower equipment, and shall not be damaged. In case of damage, Party B shall pay compensation according to the price.

Article 7 This contract is bound by the labor contract. The contract is terminated automatically and this contract is automatically terminated. If Party B proposes to terminate the labor contract in advance, Party B shall return all the housing and all keys to Party A within 60 days from the date of dismissal; if Party A dismisses or dismisses Party B, Party B shall be 90 days from the date of dismissal. The house and key are handed over to Party A. If Party B is removed by Party A, it should be returned to the house within 60 days.

Article 8 If any of the circumstances listed in Article 7 occurs, Party A shall, at the termination date of the labor contract, collect the housing deposit of _________ yuan from Party B. If Party B returns the house and key on time, the deposit will be refunded to the person. . Article 9 The property rights and transfer rights of the rented houses provided by this contract shall be owned by Party A. Article 11 Party A's employees who make special contributions to the company and have long service time and outstanding performance will provide full permanent use of housing rights. The right of permanent use shall only be given to Party B and its spouse, others shall not inherit, and the property rights shall remain owned by Party A. Party B who has obtained permanent use rights shall not resell, rent or transfer to others. Party A will sign a new contract when it provides permanent use of housing.

Article 12 With the in-depth implementation of the state housing reform work, if Party A adopts the necessary housing reform measures in accordance with the national housing reform policy, Party B who rents the house during the validity period of this contract shall obey the provisions of Party A's housing reform.

Article 13 This contract is made in two copies. Each of Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall have the same effect and shall take effect from the date of signing by both parties.
