Article 5 Obligations of Party A

1. Submit relevant information and technical requirements to Party B within __ days from the date of signing this contract.

2. Complete the validation of the technical design book within __ days from the date of receipt of the technical design document prepared by Party B.

3. It shall be responsible for ensuring that Party B's surveying and mapping team will smoothly enter the site and provide necessary conditions for Party B's work and life.

Article 6 Obligations of Party B

1. From the date of receipt of relevant information and technical requirements of Party A, complete the preparation of the technical design book within __ days according to the relevant information and technical requirements of Party A, and submit it to Party A for approval.

2. Organize the surveying and mapping team to enter the field within __ days from the date of receipt of Party A's approval of the technical design book.

3. Party B shall ensure the completion of the surveying and mapping project according to the contract period according to the requirements of the technical design book.

Article 8 Party A’s liability for breach of contract

1. After the contract is signed, Party B has no right to request the return of the deposit when the contract is terminated due to the stop of the project before Party B enters the site; Party B has already entered the site work, and Party A shall pay the total amount of work when the completed workload is less than 50%. 50% of the price; when the workload exceeds 50%, Party A shall pay 100% of the total project price.

2. If Party A fails to provide Party B with the necessary working conditions and causes stoppage or work, Party A shall pay Party B a stop and wage fee. The stop and work costs shall be calculated according to the average daily output value agreed upon in the contract, and the construction period shall be postponed.

3. If Party A fails to pay Party B's construction fee on time, Party B shall pay Party B the liquidated damages according to the number of delay days and the bank loan interest rate at that time.

4. Party A shall be obliged to keep confidential the drawings and other materials provided by Party B and the surveying and mapping results belonging to Party B, and shall not provide or use the items other than this contract to third parties. Otherwise, Party B has the right to be held liable for the losses caused.

Article 9 Party B's liability for breach of contract

1. After the contract comes into effect, if Party B arbitrarily stops or cancels the contract, Party B shall return the deposit to Party A twice.

2. If Party B fails to submit the survey results according to the date stipulated in the contract, Party A shall pay Party A the loss of the delay, and the daily loss of the delay shall be calculated at 1% of the total project price agreed in this contract.

3. If the quality of the surveying and mapping results provided by Party B is unqualified, Party B shall be responsible for re-testing or taking remedial measures without compensation to meet the quality requirements. If the quality of the survey results does not meet the requirements of the contract, Party B shall be liable for the direct losses caused thereby and bear corresponding legal liabilities.

4. Party B shall be obliged to keep confidential the drawings and technical materials provided by Party A and the surveying and mapping results belonging to Party A, and shall not transfer to third parties. Otherwise, Party A has the right to be held liable for the losses caused.

Article 10 When the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, both parties shall promptly negotiate and deal with it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 11 Other Agreements:

Article 12 The parties shall resolve the unfinished matters in the implementation of this contract in a manner of seeking truth from facts and friendly consultation. If the two sides reach a consensus, they sign a supplementary agreement. The Supplementary Agreement is equally valid as this Agreement.

Article 13 Due to disputes between the two parties during the execution of the contract, the dispute between the two parties may be settled by negotiation between the two parties or by the competent authorities of both parties. If the agreement is not reached, the parties agree to apply to the __ Arbitration Commission for arbitration on the dispute arising from this contract. If the parties do not agree on the arbitration institution in the contract and fail to reach a written arbitration agreement afterwards, they may sue in a people's court with jurisdiction.

1. This contract is signed by the representatives of both parties, and the official seal of the two parties or the special seal of the contract shall take effect. This contract is terminated after the completion of all the results of the handover and the settlement of the surveying and mapping engineering fees.
