Fourth, Party A's rights and obligations

Party A shall promptly transfer it to Party B in a timely manner. The party shall be responsible for timely assistance;

5. Party B's rights and obligations

1. During the contract period, Party B enjoys the autonomy of operation and independently enjoys and assumes the creditor's rights, debts and business risks formed during the contract period;

3. During the contracting period, if the land is to be requisitioned for national construction, the compensation for the forest and the above-mentioned subsidiary assets shall be owned by Party B;

4. During the contract period, Party B shall abide by the law and strictly use the contracted land according to the agreed use, and shall not arbitrarily change the use of the land;

5. During the contract period, Party B shall pay the land contract and asset transfer fee on time;

6. During the contract period, Party B has the right to subcontract, sublease, transfer, auction, mortgage, price or participate in the joint venture or cooperative afforestation according to law.

7. Party B has the right to require Party A to deliver assets such as forest land and forest trees in accordance with the standards stipulated in the contract;

8. During the contract period, in case of natural disasters, Party B has the right to request Party A to delay and exempt the contracting fund. Party B also has the right to apply directly to the relevant departments for tax reduction and application and to issue disaster relief funds;

9. During the contract period, in order to give full play to the land use rate, Party B can plant other crops while carrying out forestry development, but the contracting fund does not increase;

10. Party B has the right to carry out the construction of supporting infrastructure in the forest area according to law and to take ownership of the facilities built;

11. Party B has the right to transfer the acquired forest harvesting license and collect the transfer proceeds.

6. Dissolution and termination of the contract

1. If either party A or Party B requests the cancellation of the contract, it shall notify the other party _________ months in advance;

2. Party A shall not terminate the contracting agreement with the Employer without the consent of Party B;

3. Due to force majeure, the state's land acquisition and other relevant policy adjustments, which makes it difficult for Party B to continue to operate, Party B has the right to terminate the contract, and the parties do not need to bear the liability for breach of contract;

4. When the contract expires, Party B has the right to sign the contractual agreement directly with the contractor, and Party A shall provide assistance;

7. Liability for breach of contract

1. Party B shall pay the land transfer fund, forest assets and other assets transfer fees as agreed in this contract. For each day overdue, the late payment fee is paid in accordance with the unpaid portion of the unpaid portion. If the overdue period is more than 20 days, Party A has the right to cancel the contract.

2. During the contract period, if Party B arbitrarily changes the land use, Party A has the right to terminate the contract, and Party B shall bear the liquidated damages according to 1% of the unpaid contract.

3. During the contract period, if Party B or the contractor fails to enable Party B to continue to exercise the land contractual management right, Party B has the right to terminate the contract and ask Party A to compensate the loss twice the total contract amount;

4. During the contract period, Party B has the right to cancel the contract and ask Party A to compensate for the loss caused by Party A or the contractor causing damage to assets such as Party B's forest trees and related production and operation facilities;

5. If Party A and Party B violate other provisions of the contract, the defaulting party shall pay the breaching party a penalty of RMB 10,000.

8. After the land leased by Hubei Hualin Company expires, Party A shall hand over to Party B for contracted operation on _________ _________ month ________. If it cannot be handed over in time, Party B shall waive the land for more than 2 months. In the current year's rent, Party A also bears a penalty of 1% of the rent for the year.
