Chapter VII Liability for breach of contract

7. If the owner or the property owner renovates the house, he shall abide by the relevant property renovation system and inform the property management enterprise in advance. 9. Where the building construction and attached facilities and equipment have or may hinder or endanger the interests, safety, or obstruction of the appearance of the neighboring houses, and the appearance of the city, the owner shall promptly or jointly repair or maintain it according to the regulations. Randomly stacking sundries, discarding garbage, and throwing objects at high altitudes;

Store flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and other items and discharge toxic, harmful and dangerous substances in violation of regulations;

Trampling and occupying green land; damaging and painting garden buildings;

Set up stalls in public places and on both sides of the road;
