Article 2 The Employer shall promptly provide the following archives to the surveyor and be responsible for its accuracy and reliability.
2.1 Provide the approval file of this project, as well as the approval of land use, construction, and survey permit.
2.2 Provide the engineering survey task power of attorney, technical requirements and topographic map of the scope of work, the general layout of the building.
2.3 Provide the technical data and the coordinates and elevation data required for the project.
2.4 Provide information on the buried objects in the underground of the survey work and maps of specific locations.
2.5 The contractor cannot provide the above information. If the surveyor collects it, the contractor must pay the surveyor the corresponding fee.
Article 3 The surveyor submits the survey results to the contractor and is responsible for its quality.
The surveyor is responsible for submitting four copies of the survey results to the contractor, and the number of copies requested by the contractor is charged separately.
Article 4 Time and Fees and Payment Methods for Starting and Submitting Survey Results
4.1 Time for commencement of construction and submission of survey results

Article 5 Responsibilities of the contractor and the surveyor
5.1 Contractor's Responsibility
5.1.1 When the contractor entrusts the task, the investigator shall be clearly identified in writing and the technical requirements shall be provided, and the archives shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.
5.1.2 Within the scope of survey work, in the area where there is no data or drawings, the contractor shall be responsible for checking the underground buried objects. If the above-mentioned materials and drawings are not provided, or the data sheets provided are unreliable and the underground buried objects are unclear, When the surveyor has personal injury or economic loss during the survey work, the contractor bears civil liability.
5.1.3 The contractor shall promptly provide the surveyor with the working conditions and problems arising from the survey site and bear the expenses.
5.1.4 If the survey site needs to be guarded, especially in the case of hazardous, hazardous and dangerous on-site operations, the contractor shall send personnel to take charge of safety and security work, and carry out health care protection for the on-site personnel engaged in dangerous operations in accordance with relevant state regulations. .
5.1.5 Before the project survey, if the contractor is responsible for providing materials, it shall, according to the project materials proposed by the surveyor, provide various materials and their product qualification certificates on time, and bear the costs and transport to the site, send personnel and survey. People's personnel are accepted together.
5.1.6 Any changes in the survey process, after the formal change procedures, the contractor shall pay the survey fee according to the actual workload.
5.1.7 Provide the necessary production and living conditions for the staff of the surveyor and bear the expenses; if it is not available, the temporary facilities fee of the surveyor shall be paid ____ yuan in one lump sum.
5.1.8 Due to the reason of the contractor, the surveyor shall stop and work, except for the extension of the construction period, the contractor shall pay the stop and wages; if the contractor requests to complete the work ahead of schedule, the contractor shall The surveyor pays ____ yuan to calculate overtime pay.
5.1.9 The contractor shall protect the prospector's bid, survey plan, report, file, data drawing, data, special process, patent technology and rationalization proposal. 5.2 Surveyor's responsibility
5.2.1 The surveyor shall conduct engineering surveys in accordance with the national technical specifications, standards, regulations and the contractor's mandate and technical requirements, and submit the quality survey results data according to the time specified in this contract and be responsible for them.
5.2.2 Due to the unqualified quality of the survey results provided by the surveyor, the surveyor shall be responsible for the replenishment and perfection of the quality of the surveyor; if the surveyor is unable to supplement and improve, and the other unit is required to be entrusted, the surveyor shall bear all the survey expenses. Or when a major economic loss or engineering accident is caused by the quality of the survey, the surveyor shall, in addition to being liable and exempt from the survey fee directly affected by the loss, pay compensation to the Employer according to the degree of loss, and the compensation shall be paid by the Employer. The surveyor agreed to be ____% of the actual loss.
5.2.3 Before the project survey, propose the survey outline or the survey organization design, and send the person and the contractor to check the materials provided by the package.
5.2.4 During the survey process, according to the geotechnical conditions and technical specifications of the project, the contractor shall be proposed to increase or decrease the workload or modify the survey work, and go through the formal change procedures.
5.2.5 The personnel of the surveyor working on the site shall abide by the safety and security of the contractor and other relevant rules and regulations, and assume the confidentiality obligations of the relevant materials.

Article 6 Liability for breach of contract
6.1 Since the contractor has not provided the surveyor with the necessary working and living conditions, resulting in suspension, work or returning to and from the venue, the contractor shall pay the surveyor a stop and work fee, and the construction period shall be extended according to the actual working day, and shall be paid to the surveyor. Round-trip entry and exit fees and dispatch fees.
6.2 If the quality of the survey results is unqualified due to the surveyor's reasons and the technical requirements cannot be met, the reconnaissance survey costs shall be borne by the surveyor.
6.3 During the performance of the contract, if the contract is terminated due to the suspension of the project or the contractor requests to cancel the contract, if the surveyor has not carried out the survey work, the unpaid contractor has paid the deposit; if the survey has been carried out, the completed workload is less than 50%. At the time, the contractor shall pay the surveyor 50% of the budget for the survey fee of _____ yuan; when the completed workload exceeds 50%, the surveyor shall pay 100% of the survey fee for the budget.
6.4 The contractor shall not pay the survey fee at the time specified in the contract. For each more than one day, one-thousandth of the overdue liquidated damages for the unpaid survey fee shall be repaid.
6.5 Due to the reasons of the surveyor, the survey results data are not submitted according to the time specified in the contract. For each day, the survey fee shall be reduced by one-thousandth.
6.6 After the signing of this contract, the contractor does not have the right to request the return of the deposit when the contractor fails to perform the contract; when the prospector fails to perform the contract, the deposit is doubled.
Article 7 If the contract is not completed, the contractor and the surveyor shall agree to sign a supplementary agreement, and the supplementary agreement shall have the same effect as this contract.

Article 9 In the event of a dispute arising from this contract, the contractor and the surveyor shall promptly resolve the dispute, or may be mediate by the local construction administrative department.
