Article 5 Obligations of Party A

1. Submit relevant information to Party B within ____ days from the date of signing the contract.

Article 6 Obligations of Party B

Article 8 Party B shall notify Party A in writing within ____ days from the date of completion of the project. Party A shall, within ____ days from the date of receipt of the notice of completion, organize relevant experts to use the technical standards and technical requirements specified in this contract. The surveying and mapping project completed by Party B has been completed and accepted, and the report on the acceptance of surveying and mapping results has been issued.

If there is any dispute over the quality of the surveying and mapping results provided by Party B, it shall be decided by the provincial surveying and mapping product quality supervision and inspection station where the survey area is located. The cost is borne by the losing party.

Article 9 Agreement on the Ownership, Use Right and Copyright Ownership of Party B's Surveying and Mapping Achievements: ___________________________________________________________________________________________

Article 10 Date and method of payment for surveying and mapping engineering fees

1. Within ____ days from the date of signing the contract, Party A will pay a deposit of RMB ____ to Party B. And prepaid ____% of the total project budget, RMB ____ yuan.

Party B shall deliver ____ copies of the agreed survey results to Party A. If Party A needs to increase the number of copies of surveying and mapping results, Party A shall pay Party B a separate cost of ____ yuan.

Article 12 Party A’s liability for breach of contract

1. After the contract is signed, the contract will be terminated due to the stoppage of Party A's project. Party B has no right to request the return of the deposit before Party B enters the site. If the two parties have not agreed on the deposit, they shall pay 30% of the budgeted project fee of Party B, RMB ____ yuan; Party B has entered the site work, Party A shall pay the project price according to the actual workload completed, and pay Party B ____% of the budgeted project fee. Liquidated damages.

2. After Party B enters the scene, Party A fails to provide Party B with necessary work and living conditions, resulting in the suspension of working hours. Party A shall pay Party B the cost of stopping the work, and the cost of stopping the work shall be calculated according to the average daily output value agreed in the contract. The construction period will be postponed.

3. If Party A fails to pay Party B's engineering fee as required, Party B shall pay Party B the liquidated damages according to the number of days of delay and the interest of bank loan at the time. Party A shall bear the responsibility for delaying the construction period, and shall, according to the second paragraph of this Article, direct Party B to pay the parking fee.

4. Party A shall be obliged to keep confidential the drawings and other materials provided by Party B and the surveying and mapping results belonging to Party B, and shall not provide or use the items other than this contract to third parties. Otherwise, Party B has the right to request Party A to pay the total amount of the project according to this contract. 20% of the compensation for the loss.

Article 13 Party B’s liability for breach of contract

1. After the contract is signed, if Party B arbitrarily stops or cancels the contract, Party B shall return the deposit to Party A twice. If the two parties have not agreed on the deposit, Party B shall compensate Party A for the ____% of the paid project price, RMB ____ yuan, and return all the prepayments paid by Party A.

2. Party A provides the necessary working and living conditions, and guarantees that the project payment is in place on time. If Party B fails to submit the survey results according to the date stipulated in the contract, Party A shall compensate Party A for the delay loss and the daily delay. The loss is calculated as ____% of the total budgeted project price agreed upon in the contract. Party B shall not be liable for compensation due to weather, traffic, government actions, inaccurate information provided by Party A, etc., which may affect the project delay caused by the objective reasons of surveying and mapping operations.

3. If the quality of the surveying and mapping results provided by Party B is unqualified, Party B shall be responsible for retesting or taking remedial measures without compensation to meet the quality requirements. If the quality of the survey results does not meet the contract requirements, Party B shall be liable for the direct losses caused thereby and bear corresponding legal liabilities. 4. Article 14 When the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure, both parties shall promptly negotiate and deal with it according to the relevant laws.

Article 16 The parties shall resolve the unfinished matters in the implementation of this contract in a manner of seeking truth from facts and friendly consultation. If the two sides reach a consensus, they sign a supplementary agreement. The Supplementary Agreement is equally valid as this Agreement.

Article 17 If a dispute arises from this contract, the parties shall settle the dispute through negotiation or the mediation of the competent authorities of the two parties. If the negotiation or mediation fails, both parties agree to the arbitration by the arbitration committee.

Article 18 Supplementary Provisions

1. This contract is signed by the representatives of both parties, and the official seal of the two parties or the special seal of the contract shall take effect. This contract is terminated after the completion of all the results of the handover and the settlement of the surveying and mapping engineering fees.
