9. Liability for breach of contract
1) If either party to the contract fails to perform the contract or violates national laws, regulations and relevant policies, the responsible party shall be liable for the fine or economic loss to the other party, and compensate the other party for economic losses. If no losses are caused, 5% of the total contract price shall be paid as liquidated damages;
2) If Party A fails to pass the acceptance procedure, Party A shall be responsible for the loss caused by Party A in advance or by unauthorized use of the finished product;
3) If, due to one reason, the contract cannot continue to be performed, the party shall promptly notify the other party to complete the contract termination procedure, and the responsible party shall compensate the other party for the corresponding economic loss;
4) If Party A fails to pay the second project payment on time, 1% of the total contract price will be paid to the other party for each day of delay;
5) Due to the reasons of Party B, the quality of the project will not meet the quality standards agreed by both parties, and Party B shall be responsible for the repair, and the construction period will not be postponed;
6) Due to the delay of the construction period due to Party B, 1% of the total contract price is paid to the other party for each delay;
