Article 7 Upon expiration of the term of the privilege, Party B shall prepare the original code price contained in Article 3 and redeem the pawn object from Party A. Party A shall be responsible for returning the original object to the original state, and Party B shall return no objection to Party B.
Article 8 During the period of the existence of the privilege, Party A shall not transfer the singularity as a re-transfer, or allow and lease with others, without the consent of Party B.
Article 9 This contract shall become effective after it has been signed by both parties. At the same time, it shall go through the registration procedures for the transfer of the code of authority to the competent land administration authority.
Article 10 The matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Law and relevant laws and regulations.
