Article 1 Party A is willing to donate all the listed real estate land and houses to Party B, and Party B is willing to receive the gift.

Article 2 This item is given to the real estate land and houses at the same time as the contract is established. Party A will transfer the ownership and land materials to Party B for the purpose of controlling the use of income.

Article 3 After the establishment of this gift, Party A shall prepare the relevant file association with Party B and apply to the local government authorities for the registration of the land and house property transfer. Article 6 Before Party B's maintenance obligations are not fully fulfilled, Party B shall not, under the consent of Party A, assign the land and houses to which the real property is donated, or set a period of pledge of other rights, or guarantee for any claims.
