House contract

The company's contractor x x x will be located in a x x x building, which will be used in conjunction with x x x. The terms of the agreement are as follows:

1. Party A will pre-record the house, the code and Party B for a period of x years, from x x x x year x month x day to x x x x year x month x day.

2. The price of the model is RMB xx, which will be paid off once after the establishment of this agreement.

3. When the term expires, Party A shall pay Party B at the original price, and Party B shall hand the original object to Party A.

4. During the period of the existence of the privilege, Party B shall be responsible for the safekeeping. If there is intention or negligence, all or one of the corps shall be lost, and shall be liable for compensation. If it is due to force majeure, it shall be dealt with according to law.

5. Upon expiration of the term, if Party A does not redeem the pawn, Party B may auction the pawn in accordance with the law and pay off the debt. If Party B fails to perform the return of the certificate, it shall pay a liquidated damages of x yuan per day to compensate Party A for the damage suffered. Party B shall not object.

6. During the existence of the privilege, if Party B is convenient to use and refurbish the stipulations, Party A shall first obtain the consent of Party A. Upon expiration of the term, it shall be responsible for returning to the original state.

7. Party B shall not transfer the code or rent it to others without the consent of Party A.

8. This Agreement shall become effective after being signed by both parties.
