The first project overview

The above total price shall be determined according to Party B's on-site inspection of Party A's house, and the initial understanding of the required completion of the project shall be determined. The total price includes all the labor involved in the renovation work undertaken by Party B. If Party A decides to make changes to the initial renovation project of the house, including adding or deleting, the total price will not be changed.
6. Article 2 Agreement on the duties of Party B
1. Party B shall assume the duties of the person in charge of the construction engineering team during the renovation period and be responsible for the quality and construction period of this renovation project. Party B shall fully assume the liaison with Party A, provide material requirements, and manage the construction quality and construction personnel duties on site. For example, in the course of construction, the quality problems and various types of losses caused to the Party A by the construction team shall be incurred. Party A shall only make compensation for Party B.
2. During the decoration process, Party B shall ensure that the construction and management are carried out on site.
3. The person in charge of Party B is responsible for organizing the decoration personnel to participate in the renovation project as defined in this contract. If Party A has doubts about the construction level of Party B's decoration personnel, Party B may request Party B to replace it unconditionally.
Article 3 Agreement on the supply of materials
1. The decoration materials for all projects shall be provided by Party A, and the decoration construction equipment and tools shall be provided by Party B.
2. Party A shall be responsible for purchasing and supplying materials and equipment, and shall meet the design requirements of qualified products, and shall be supplied to the site on time. Party B shall assist Party A in handling the acceptance procedures. If there is any quality problem or difference in specifications of the materials and equipment supplied by Party A, Party B shall promptly submit to Party A in writing, and Party A shall still indicate that it is used, and the responsibility for the project shall be borne by Party A. After the materials supplied by Party A arrive at the site, they shall be jointly examined and accepted by Party A and Party B. Party B shall be responsible for the custody and organization of the construction. Party B shall be responsible for compensation for material losses caused by improper storage or improper construction techniques.
3. Party B must be responsible for the handling of materials and going upstairs.
4. In order to ensure the normal operation of the project, Party B must submit to Party A at least one week in advance a list of materials to be purchased in the next process, so that Party A can purchase materials on the weekend. Party A shall provide the materials required by Party B on time. Due to the delay in the supply of materials by Party A, Party A shall be responsible for the delay in the construction period. Party B must also provide a roughly accurate amount of material required. The transportation expenses for material re-purchase or material return due to excessive estimation of Party B's materials will be borne by Party B, or Party B shall be responsible for transportation and return to the supplier.
5. The decorative materials and equipment purchased and supplied by Party A shall be used for the decoration of the house as stipulated in this Agreement. Party B shall not use it for other purposes without the consent of Party A. If Party B violates this regulation, it shall compensate Party A with double the price of the misappropriated materials and equipment.
Article 4 Agreement on Project Quality and Acceptance
1. This project implements dbj08-62-97 "Technical Regulations for Residential Building Decoration Engineering", db31/t30-1999 "Residential Decoration Acceptance Standards" and other local standards and quality assessment acceptance standards formulated by the municipal construction administrative department.
2. The project is designed by Party A to design and provide design drawings and special requirements. Party B is responsible for the construction in accordance with the relevant industry regulations.
3. If the quality of the materials and equipment provided by Party A is unqualified and affects the quality of the project, the rework costs shall be borne by Party A and the construction period shall be postponed.
4. Due to the quality accident caused by Party B, the rework and material losses shall be borne by Party B.
5. During the construction process, Party A proposes to modify the design and increase or decrease the project, and must contact Party B in advance to carry out the construction of the project.
6. If some of the procedures are installed free of charge by Party A's material supplier or other units are arranged by Party A, Party A shall arrange the time in advance and notify Party B. Party B shall cooperate and avoid delays in the overall construction period.
7. Project Acceptance - Both Party A and Party B shall promptly handle the inspection and acceptance procedures for concealed works and intermediate works. .
8. Completion of the project: Party B shall notify Party A of the acceptance two days in advance, and Party A shall organize the acceptance within three days after receiving the notice, and shall go through the acceptance confirmation procedures in writing. If Party A cannot organize the acceptance within the specified time, Party B shall promptly notify Party B to set the acceptance date. If the completion acceptance is completed, Party A shall acknowledge the original completion date and assume Party B's care expenses and other related expenses.
9. The engineering warranty period is three years, counting from the date of completion acceptance confirmation. During the warranty period, due to the quality problems caused by improper construction of Party B, Party B shall perform the repair unconditionally and bear the corresponding materials. If it is caused by improper use by Party A during the warranty period, Party B may charge it at its discretion. After the end of the warranty period, Party B is responsible for providing maintenance services to Party A for a long time, until Party A re-completes the renovation of the house.
Article 5 Agreement on Safe Production and Fire Prevention
1. The construction requirements provided by Party A shall be negotiated with Party B, and the construction site shall meet the requirements for fire prevention and accident prevention, mainly including the smooth and qualified electrical lines, gas pipelines, tap water and other pipelines. Party B shall take necessary safety protection and fire-fighting measures during construction to ensure the safety of operators and neighboring residents, and comply with the decoration guidelines of the property management department to prevent pipeline blockage, water leakage, power outages, and item destruction of adjacent residential houses. The accident occurred. In the event of any of the above, if Party A is responsible, Party A shall be responsible for repair and compensation; if Party B is responsible, Party B shall be responsible for repair and compensation.
2. In the construction, all the changes involved in the structure of the house, the demolition and alteration of the load-bearing wall, and the load on the building surface shall be negotiated by the property management department of the company A and confirmed after construction.
3. Party B shall pay attention to the safety of gas use, ensure the safety of various construction safety guarantees, and remind construction engineers to pay attention to safety. Party B shall be solely responsible for any accidents.
Article 6 Agreement on Project Price and Settlement

2. Both parties' payments should be signed and confirmed in the "Project Payment Confirmation Form".
Article 7 Other matters
1. Party A's work:
Party A shall, on the day of commencement of work, submit an on-site payment to Party B. Provide Party B with the necessary conditions for water and electricity required for construction, and explain the precautions for use.
Coordinate the work of affecting the neighborhood relationship due to the temporary use of common parts during construction.
2. Party B's work:
Participate in the scene of the meeting of Party A.
Fully responsible for the implementation of the agreement. Organize the construction as required, guarantee the quality, quantity and complete the construction tasks on schedule. If the personnel are replaced under the condition of ensuring the quality of the project, Party B shall notify Party A in advance and obtain Party A's consent.
Article 8 Liability for breach of contract
1. Due to the overdue completion of Party A's reasons, Party B will pay Party B a penalty of 50 yuan for each day after the expiration of 15 days. If Party A fails to pay the time as agreed in the agreement, the overdue part will pay interest to Party B in the overdue period according to the current bank deposit interest rate.
2. If Party B fails to complete the work due to overdue reasons, Party B will pay Party A a penalty of 50 yuan for each day after the expiration of 15 days.
3. Party A has not gone through the relevant formalities and forcibly requested Party B to demolish the original building load-bearing structure and shared equipment pipelines. Party A shall be responsible for and responsible for the losses or accidents arising therefrom.
4. Party B shall dispose of the original building load-bearing structure or shared equipment pipeline without authorization, and Party B shall be responsible for and bear the responsibility for the losses or accidents arising therefrom.
5. If the project fails to accept the acceptance and settlement procedures, Party A shall be responsible for the failure to accept and lose the project in advance or unauthorized use.
5. The key nodes of the project are not subject to acceptance, and Party B shall proceed to the next phase of construction in advance, and Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused thereby.
Article 9 Dispute Resolution
When there is a dispute between the two parties on the quality of the project, both parties should try to negotiate. Or if the negotiation fails, it may be directed in accordance with this Agreement:
- Beijing Arbitration Commission applies for arbitration;
- The people's court filed a lawsuit.
Article 10 Changes and Lifting of Agreements
1. After the agreement is signed by both parties, the parties must strictly abide by them. Any party that needs to change the content of the agreement shall re-sign the supplementary clause after consensus.
2. Any party who proposes to terminate the agreement during the construction process shall submit the written agreement to the other party, and the parties shall complete the liquidation formalities and conclude a termination agreement to terminate this agreement.
3. If there is a quality problem due to the construction of Party B, Party A may unconditionally propose a suspension agreement without obtaining the approval of Party B.
Article 11 Supplementary Provisions
1. Before the commencement of the project, Party A shall hand over the key to the outside of the house to the person in charge of the construction team of Party B. When the project is completed and accepted, Party A is responsible for providing the new lock _1_ sets, which shall be installed and delivered by Party B on the spot.
2. After the signing of this Agreement, the project may not be subcontracted.
3. This Agreement is in the form of _2_ copies, and each of Party A and Party B holds one copy. The subsidiary files of the Agreement are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.
