The taxes and fees incurred in handling the above procedures shall be borne by both parties in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 7 After the entry into force of this contract, in addition to force majeure, if Party A fails to deliver the house on time, Party B has the right to pursue liquidated damages from Party A. Liquidated damages shall be calculated based on the fixed assets loan interest rate of the People's Bank of China from the second day after the date of delivery of the house to the date of actual delivery. If Party A fails to deliver the house within __________ days after the expiry date, Party B has the right to terminate this contract. The termination of the contract shall take effect from the date on which Party B notices the service to Party A. Article 10 The conclusion, validity interpretation, performance and settlement of disputes of this contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The disputes arising from the performance of the contract by both parties shall be settled through consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court where the real estate is located.
