According to the "Economic Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", "Construction Engineering Supervision Contracts Regulations", and the relevant provisions of the decoration industry, this contract is signed and implemented jointly by both parties.

Article 2 Supervision fees and payment methods

The supervision fees for this project are implemented in accordance with national and current market charging standards. The total fee for supervision by the two parties is ________ yuan/month, for a total of __________ months, the amount is capitalized ______________

When this contract comes into effect, Party A shall prepay _____% of the total contract supervision fee to Party B as the contract deposit. After the supervision work is completed, the deposit shall be paid as the project supervision fee. When the supervision work exceeds half of the supervision stage, Party A shall pay _____% of the total supervision fee; the supervision work shall be completed on the day of acceptance of Party A's project, and all supervision fees of the project shall be paid.

Article 3: Liability of both parties

Party A’s responsibility

1. Submit the relevant construction files and supervision materials as stipulated in this contract to Party B as scheduled, and ensure that the quality of the submitted materials meets the project supervision requirements.

2. Party B shall pay the deposit and engineering supervision fee according to the agreed date and quantity.

3. If the processing order of building materials and equipment of this project requires the cooperation of Party B's supervisors, the expenses shall be borne by Party A.

Party B’s responsibility

1. Check the site twice a week and report it to the owner. Provide neutral professional advice to the owners on the issues involved in the project.

2. Supervision work in the pre-construction period

1 Review the construction plan design plan.

2 Evaluate the qualification examination and construction organization plan of the construction personnel of the construction unit.

3. Quality approval of raw materials, components and equipment, and engineering investment cost control.

4. Sub-item, divisional engineering inspection and completion acceptance.

5. Control the progress of the project, review the design, total construction drawings, review the construction progress plan and material procurement plan, and check the progress of the project.

Article 4 Liability for breach of contract

If Party A fails to deliver the project supervision fee within the time limit stipulated in Article 3 of this contract, Party A shall calculate from the next day after the supervision fee is paid, and pay a penalty of _____ for the project supervision fee to Party B every one day delay.

If Party B's supervision error causes serious economic losses to Party A, Party B shall be responsible for continuing to take remedial measures on the supervision and, as appropriate, compensate Party A for some of the economic losses actually incurred by Party A. The total compensation amount shall not exceed the total supervision fee of the part of the project. .

When Party A fails to perform the contract, Party B will not return the deposit, and will pay the supervision fee according to the actual workload of Party B. When Party B fails to perform the contract, Party B shall double the deposit of Party A and return all the supervision fees except the deposit.

Article 5: Entry into force, suspension and termination

If Party A and Party B need to change or terminate this Supervisory Contract for any reason, they shall notify the other party in writing two weeks in advance to obtain a consensus on the remaining issues in this contract, and form a written agreement to be executed as an attached file of this contract. This contract continues to be in force until an agreement is reached.

If Party A is required to stop the supervision work in the middle of the reason, Party A shall pay a half-month supervision fee when the supervision work is less than half a month. When the supervision work is carried out for more than half a month, Party A shall pay a one-month supervision fee.

This contract provides Party A with all the project supervision files specified in this contract. Party A shall terminate the contract relationship from the date of payment of all supervision fees as stipulated in this contract, unless otherwise agreed in the terms of this contract.

Due to the construction party, material supply or the owner's reasons, the construction time will not be completed according to the specified construction period, and the construction time will be extended. If Party A requests Party B to continue to supervise the project until the project is completed, both parties shall sign a supervision extension contract.

Article 6 Force Majeure In the course of execution of this contract, if force majeure factors occur, such that this contract cannot be performed or cannot be fully performed, Party A and Party B can resolve it without negotiation and is not bound by the relevant provisions of this contract.

Article 7: Settlement of Contract Disputes This contract has a dispute during the execution process. If the two parties fail to negotiate, the following ____ methods shall be adopted:

1. Apply to the Consumer Council for mediation;

2. Apply to the Economic Contracts Arbitration Commission of the Administration for Industry and Commerce with jurisdiction for arbitration;

Article 9 Contract Text

1. This contract shall become effective after being signed by both Party A and Party B.
