2. Rights, obligations and responsibilities

Contractor:

5. Party A finds that the equipment installed by Party B does not meet the contract requirements and has the right to request Party B to replace it.

6. Party A is responsible for the routine maintenance of network equipment.

Contractor:

6. Payment and settlement of project price

Eight, liability for breach of contract

1. If Party B violates Article 2, paragraph 3 and Articles 4 and 4 of this contract, Party B shall be responsible for repairs or rework without compensation, and shall pay Party A a penalty of ____ yuan.
