8. Party A's rights and obligations

1. Party B shall have the right to provide termite prevention services during the period of prevention engineering and termite prevention;

2. When the contract is signed, Party B shall provide Party B with the general layout plan, basic plan and front elevation of the project;

3. After the foundation trench is dug, the front and bottom foundations of the pouring ground are backfilled, and before the concrete is poured, the retaining wall works are notified to Party B five days before the backfilling and the wood components to be treated, and a written notice is issued. 9. Party B's rights and obligations

1. Enjoy the right to receive remuneration for services as agreed by both parties;

2. Work with Party A to determine the specific construction plan and complete the construction task within the agreed time period;

3. After the signing of the contract, professional and technical personnel shall be assigned immediately to the construction site for investigation, and the construction unit shall be instructed to strictly carry out the cleaning of the building construction land in accordance with the requirements of db50/5010-1999 "Technical Regulations for the Prevention and Control of Termites";

4. After the termite prevention construction is completed, Party A will work together with Party A to complete the prevention project acceptance work, and jointly sign the “Urban Housing Termite Prevention Project Acceptance Report”. 5. Calculated from the date of completion acceptance, review every three years.

X. Liability for breach of contract

1. Within the term of termite prevention and treatment, if ant damage occurs within the scope of project prevention, Party B shall provide preventive services without compensation and bear the liquidated damages of the total amount of the contract.

2. In the course of the execution of this contract, either party shall breach the contract, and the defaulting party shall pay the other party a penalty of ____% of the total amount of the prevention service fee, and if it causes losses to the other party, it shall be liable for compensation.
