3. Contract period

3.1 Party B must cooperate unconditionally to meet the construction schedule requirements of Party A and Party A's client units.

3.2 Party B shall provide the services to Party A on time, and the losses caused by the overdue shall be borne by Party B.

3.3.1 Work to be prepared in the previous period Party A shall notify Party B 20 days before the start of the project.

3.3.2 Procurement Delivery Service Party B shall give a reply within 12 hours after express request, and the tasks that can be carried out shall be.

3.3.3 Party B shall complete the auxiliary drawing work in time, and Party A shall guarantee the timeliness of providing complete information and contact.

4. Quality assurance

Party B shall ensure that the processed parts, accessories, hardware, etc. supplied by the company shall be completely new. At the request of Party A, it shall provide a certificate of conformity of the quality of the reverberation or the type of material. If there is special equipment with instructions, Party B shall provide instructions in advance. Party A shall Party B shall not be liable for any consequences caused by violation of the normal use.

5. Technical Information

Party A shall provide technical information and business information. Party B shall prepare the materials, pictures and drawings that are consistent with the requirements, and send them to Party A on time. If Party A believes that the information is incomplete or lost, Party B shall, after receiving the clear request from Party A. It must be provided again for free.

6.7 Party B's responsibilities:

6.7.2 Party B shall provide hardware, mechanical parts, manpower and ensure quality according to the scope of the project as stipulated in the contract.

6.7.3 A clear quotation is required for additional purchased items and the responsibilities are strictly adhered to in accordance with the terms of the written file.

6.7.4 The commercial information of Party A shall be kept unconditionally confidential, and no more than Party A may undertake various types of business from Party A's customers.

7. Subcontracting and subcontracting

If Party B is outside the scope of business license, the qualifications are not up to standard, and the funds are temporarily unavailable, the business may not be transferred to other units without the approval of Party A.

8. Payment method and claim

Payment: After the formal contract takes effect, Party A will receive the electronic and written quotation from Party B:

8.1 If the total price of the quotation is within $____________, Party A shall pay Party B once a month.

8.6 Party B agrees that Party A has reason to refuse the goods and terminate the work of a project. Party B shall bear all the losses and expenses incurred, including storage, handling charges, freight charges, and other additional expenses.

8.7 According to the poor quality of the goods and the degree of damage to Party A, the price reduction of the goods shall be carried out with the consent of both parties.

8.8 Replace and correct the defective goods, correct the construction errors caused by the technical defects of Party B, in order to meet the requirements of the formal contract, and Party B shall bear all costs and risks.

8.9 Party B delays Party A's work period, and if there is a clear proof, Party B shall bear _____% of Party A's compensation.

8.10 If Party B fails to operate on time according to the time specified in the formal contract, Party A shall pay Party A the liquidated damages: 1%/day of the price of the quotation.
