I. Quantity and location of land acquisition

Third, reduce public and surplus food sales tasks

Fourth, resettlement measures

If Party B causes surplus labor in agriculture due to the acquired land, Party A shall contact the relevant units to solve the following measures:

1. Develop agricultural production. Party A shall assist Party B to improve soil, build water conservancy and improve farming conditions; under the conditions of possible and reasonable conditions, it shall be approved by the county and city land administration authorities to properly open up wasteland and expand the cultivated area; Party A may also cooperate with the construction to help build land, but Party A's subsidy fee shall be deducted from the resettlement subsidy.

2. Development of social team work and sideline production. Under the conditions of the relevant state regulations, Party A will help Party B to adapt to local conditions and establish a sideline and service business that is beneficial to the national economy and the people's livelihood, but deduct the subsidy fee of Party A from the resettlement subsidy.

3. Move team or team. Production teams whose land has been requisitioned or basically requisitioned may be relocated in a qualified place; or may be merged with a nearby production team in accordance with the principle of voluntary mutual benefit. Party A must actively create conditions for Party B to move teams or join forces.

Party B shall use the compensation fee and resettlement subsidy to construct the construction materials needed for the production and living facilities. If the social team can solve the problem, the social team will solve it by itself; if the social team can't solve it, the local government will help solve it; After the materials have been examined and verified by the county land administration authority, Party A shall apply to the relevant state departments for allocation with the construction project, and the price of the materials shall be paid by Party B.

V. Party A’s responsibility

1. If Party A has young crops on the land, it shall wait for Party B to harvest and not smash it if it does not affect the normal operation of the project; Party A shall sign an agreement with Party B in the case of land that is not needed for use during a local harvest period. , allowing Party B to cultivate.

2. Party A has already requisitioned the land that has not been used for two years. Except for the land approved by the original approval of the land acquisition authority, the local county people's government has the right to take back the treatment, and Party A and Party B shall not arbitrarily occupy or deal with it.

3. If Party A fails to pay Party B various compensation fees and resettlement subsidies for land acquisition, Party B may apply for the construction bank to pay from Party A's bank account with the original principal of this contract, and may request Party A to pay liquidated damages according to the bank's provisions on deferred payment. .

6. Party B’s responsibility

1. From the date of the conclusion of this contract, Party B shall be responsible for notifying its members not to plant crops in the land for expropriation, not to cut down trees and damage other attachments. If there is a violation, Party B must compensate Party A for the losses. If Party A agrees to plant crops on land acquisition, Party B shall make uniform arrangements and shall not be overdue.

2. After the conclusion of this contract, Party B shall erect electric wires on the expropriated land, repair ditch, etc. Party A shall, with the consent of Party A, Party B shall start construction without prejudice to the construction project, otherwise it shall report to the relevant department for infringement of public property.

7. Temporary land use for the project

In the course of construction, Party A needs to construct material yards, transportation routes and other temporary facilities, and it should be arranged within the scope of land acquisition. If it is really necessary to increase the temporary land use, the competent authority of the original approved project site shall submit an application for the quantity and duration of temporary land use. Upon approval, it shall sign a temporary land use agreement with Party B, and the average annual output value of the land for the first three years of Party B shall be yearly. Give compensation. Party A shall not construct permanent buildings on temporary land. When Party A's use expires, the farming conditions of Party B's land shall be restored, Party B shall be returned in time, or Party B shall pay the amount of work according to the workload of restoring the land.

Eight, other

This contract shall become effective on the date of signature by both parties. After the contract takes effect, neither Party A nor Party B shall modify or terminate the contract without authorization. If there are any unfinished matters in the contract, it is necessary to make additional provisions through mutual consultation. Supplementary provisions have the same effect as this contract. In the event of a dispute arising from the execution of the contract, if the two parties cannot resolve the dispute, they may report to the construction project management department and the _____ county government for mediation. If the mediation fails, they may report to the contract management authority for arbitration, or may bring it to the people's court with jurisdiction.
