Party A builds a building in the 31# Nanhua Community of Yanghua Road, with a total construction area of ​​about 300 square meters, which is contracted by Party B. Upon mutual agreement, the following contracts were signed:

First, the contracting method

Contracted by contractor without contracting. Party A provides the materials needed for building houses, including: red brick, river sand, gravel, lime, cement, steel, water pipes, sewer pipes, nails, wire, water and electricity. Party B provides labor services, building technology, formwork, slabs, scaffolding materials, code nails and production and living utensils.

Second, the construction project

Party B shall undertake construction in accordance with the design drawings or the requirements of Party A. Buildings of the main building of Party A, including walls, beams, columns, stairs, floors, moulds, demouldings, reinforcing bars, cast-in-place concrete and floors, front stepped cushions; decorative interior roughing, front outward Wall tile, back wall flour cement mortar, bathroom floor and wall tile, installation porcelain basin, toilet, sewer pipe, downpipe; top layer level grouting, at the same time anti-seepage treatment.

Third, the contract price

The floor area is calculated on the basis of the outer wall of each floor. The daughter's wall is calculated on a per-meter basis, including cement mortar. Floor concrete is also required to be built by the construction team. The cost of both sides is 50%.

Fourth, payment methods

Complete the first layer of brickwork and prepare the floor to pay the yuan, complete the second layer of payment and complete the third layer of payment, the project is completed, and the experience will be paid once.

V. Liability of both parties

Party A is responsible for the timely supply of water and electricity supply and raw materials. Party B must guarantee the quality of the project, construct according to the design drawings and the requirements of Party A, save materials, and keep the materials safely, and must not be lost.

Sixth, quality requirements

Party B shall organize the construction in accordance with the housing quality standards and requirements stipulated by the State. Party B shall be responsible for rework when unqualified, and Party B shall be responsible for the rework costs.

Seven, pay attention to safety

Civilized construction, if Party B's construction personnel have work-related injuries, and other accidents caused by construction damage, Party B is responsible for all, Party A does not bear any responsibility and expenses. Civilized construction, pay attention to professional ethics, pay attention to cleanliness.

Eight, construction period requirements

The construction period of the main project is 4 months. From the date of signing the contract, Party B must complete the main project before the ___ month __ day of 2019. The completion time cannot exceed 10 days. Party B cannot delay the completion time of Party A for various reasons. The materials required by Party B shall be submitted to Party A two days ago for prompt preparation.

9. Other unfinished matters shall be settled by negotiation between Party A and Party B.

This contract is made in two copies, one for each party, and one for each party, effective from the date of signature.
