Party A:

Party B:

Party A fully completes the 20XX annual output value, construction period, quality, safety and civilization and cost savings and other major indicators, and clarifies the rights, responsibilities and interests of both parties. After negotiation between the two parties, the contract is concluded as follows:

Party B’s commitment to the project management objectives:

Party B guarantees that the project will be completed during the day of work.

Party B guarantees that the project is of good quality and has passed the quality system certification and obtained the annual inspection and passed the examination.

Party B guarantees that the major safety accident rate of all construction projects in the whole year is zero; the medical expenses of minor accidents are controlled within ten thousand of the total project price.

Party B guarantees that the construction site meets the standardized management requirements, and the incidence of various types of public security incidents is controlled within a thousandth of the total number of construction;

Party B guarantees that the construction cost of each year is controlled within the target cost limit.

Party B shall, according to the requirements of the competent department of the government, set up the main post functions of the project department, and according to the overall work needs of the company, obey the party's technical personnel, budgetary staff, and staff members who are on duty at Party B.

After the completion of the project, the company will evaluate and reward the above-mentioned contracting indicators of Party B according to the “Regulations”.

The third party shall be responsible for the service management and inspection and supervision of Party B.

According to Party A's plan for the approval of funds, materials, machinery, tools and appliances approved by Party B, Party A shall ensure the timely supply of all kinds of resources required by Party B.

Actively explore the engineering business, ensure the source of Party B's construction tasks, and ensure that Party B's construction activities continue in a rhythm.

Guide and assist Party B to optimize construction plans, reform construction techniques, improve quality assurance system, implement job responsibilities, implement safety production responsibility system and various management systems of the project department, and promote the normal operation of project management.

Regularly inspect, supervise and control the management objectives of Party B's project cost, construction schedule, project quality, safe production, civilized construction and comprehensive management, and assist Party B to ensure the successful completion of all major management objectives.

Regularly check, assess and evaluate the job responsibilities and work performance of each management personnel of Party B, and provide timely feedback on the results of the evaluation.

Timely assessment of the completion of Party B's management objectives at the end of the year or after the completion of the project, and awarding and finening the assessment results of Party B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Implementation Rules for the Goal Management Economic Responsibility System”.

Four other terms.

Party A shall, according to the needs of the overall development plan, conduct adjustments to relevant management personnel, machinery, equipment and materials of Party B when necessary, and Party B shall understand and cooperate.

In order to protect the rest rights of the management personnel of Party B and the actual conditions of the construction of the project, Party A decides that each management personnel of Party B can rest for two days a month. Party B's project manager can flexibly arrange the schedule of the construction of the project, and the salary of the management staff is still paid. Execute according to the original regulations.

If the turnover materials such as molds and scaffolds used by Party B are still unable to determine the expenses according to the “Regulations”, Party A shall separately prepare calculation methods such as renting, transfer, discount, recycling and scrapping.

Party B shall submit the following information to Party A in the target management process according to the corresponding time period:

Project start-up phase: The project construction requires funds, labor, machinery, materials, tools, equipment initial limit plan declaration form; project department management personnel summary table, project start-up report, complete construction drawing, sub-project engineering labor contract.

Construction stage: weekly funds need to use the plan, next week machinery, materials, equipment entry plan, monthly general wage declaration, contract team pre-finance report, steel construction batch list, template sample Typesetting diagram, block masonry or block layout diagram, design modification change order, cost limit adjustment table, monthly cost control comparison table, monthly labor prepayment plan, construction labor allowance adjustment table and monthly completed construction output value Reports, etc.

Completion acceptance stage: the project completion acceptance record form, the quality assessment report issued by the supervision company, the project cost evaluation report or final report, the completed project cost table, and the completed project surplus list. The above-mentioned materials that were originally required to be sent to the materials and finance departments are still reported in accordance with the original regulations, and the rest of the information is sent to Party A's engineering contracting department.

The five books of responsibility are in duplicate, each party holds one copy and one is sent to the company's investment audit center for record.

After the six letters of responsibility have been signed by both parties, they will take effect from the beginning of the year and will be terminated after the completion of the project, the completion of the assessment, and the completion of the reward and punishment.
