Product quality and installation and commissioning requirements

1. Party B shall provide Party A with genuine equipment that meets the national product quality standards in accordance with Schedule 1 and shall not be recharged for any reason. If it is found to be non-genuine, Party B shall pay ten. The plan may not be changed at will without the consent of Party A. And provide information on the quality certificate, certificate, manual, related software and other equipment of each equipment.

2. The equipment provided in the contract provided by Party B shall ensure that the inner and outer packaging of the product is intact. If the requirements are not met, Party A has the right to request Party B to immediately replace the qualified product until the contract is terminated. Party B shall be responsible for all losses caused thereby.

3. After signing the contract, Party B shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of Party A. It is required to have a reasonable layout, wiring specifications, easy to use and maintain, and comply with relevant national technical standards.

4. The installation site and power supply are provided by Party A.

Technical standards and quality assurance

Wiring standard: Party B monitoring system wiring construction, strictly in accordance with the international "Civil Closed Circuit Television Monitoring System Technical Specifications" GB50198-94.

The equipment supplied by Party B is based on the technical data of the products provided by the manufacturer.

Party B guarantees that the products supplied by this project are all the products specified in the contract, and the packaging is the original packaging. The product will be provided with proof of supply when entering the market, and will be constructed after acceptance by Party A.

Party B shall refer to the attached file 1 for monitoring wiring and equipment warranty.

The project construction period contract will be entered within 5 days after signing, and the entire construction period will be 30 days.

After sales service

1. The equipment provided in the contract by Party B shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the tender from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, if there is any product quality problem, Party B shall be responsible for free replacement or repair. After the expiration of the warranty period, Party B shall calculate the cost according to the cost when the equipment is repaired. The replacement product must be new and the warranty period begins at that time.

2. If all kinds of faults caused by product quality problems are received, Party B will respond within 4 hours after receiving the notification of Party A's fault repair, and solve the fault within 24 hours. If the fault cannot be eliminated within 24 hours, Party B shall be Party B. Provide spare products that are not lower than the original equipment standard to ensure the normal course of the school.

3. Within three years after the acceptance of the acceptance, if Party B receives the notification of Party A's failure, it will not reverb within 4 hours or it will not be rectified within 24 hours and does not provide spare products that are not lower than the original equipment standard to ensure the normal operation of the school. In the course of the above, each time the above-mentioned situation occurs, 0.1% of the total amount of the contract of the Party B shall be deducted as compensation to Party A, and the damage shall be borne by Party B until the deduction is completed.

4. Party B will freely train 1-2 equipment operation management personnel to Party A to meet the facilities and equipment that can properly use and maintain this contract.

Completion Acceptance and Payment Method After the construction, installation and commissioning of the project is completed, Party B shall notify Party A to organize the inspection and acceptance, and provide corresponding complete acceptance information. Party B shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance of the project within 10 days from the date of the written notice.

After the construction, installation and commissioning of the project, the Jiangbei District Audio-visual Station will organize the acceptance with the school and endorse the acceptance conclusion. 10% of the total amount of the contract will be paid within 5 days from the date of acceptance, 30% of the total amount of the payment contract without quality problems and user complaints after one year of use, and the total amount of payment contract without quality problems and user complaints after two years of use. 60% of the overdue payment of late payment of 0.1%.

The agreed items are to ensure the construction period and strive for completion in advance. Party A and Party B jointly form the project implementation team.

Liability for breach of contract

1. Party B must complete the supply, installation and commissioning on time, quality and quantity according to the contract requirements and deliver it to Party A for use. In case of default, Party A shall pay Party A a penalty of 0.1% of the total amount of the contract for each day of default; if the breach exceeds 10 days, Party A shall have the right to terminate the contract, and Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused.

2. After Party B has performed the contract, Party A guarantees to pay Party B the contract amount on time. If there is a breach of contract, each party will pay liquidated damages to Party B at 0.1% of the total contract amount.

Other conditions X. This contract is implemented in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", "Consumer Protection Law" and other relevant legal provisions.

11. In the execution of the contract, if a dispute arises, it shall be settled through negotiation between Party A and Party B. If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the Arbitration Commission for settlement until it is submitted to the court for trial.

12. If a work-related accident occurs during the construction period, the construction unit shall be responsible for it.

14. The unfinished matters shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the two parties.

15. This contract shall be signed by the legal representatives of the two parties or their authorized representatives, and shall become effective on the date after the official seal of both parties is affixed. After the payment is cleared, the contract validity is terminated.
