According to the bidding file, we are willing to provide you with the following guarantees in the manner guaranteed by the bidders in fulfilling the obligations stipulated in the bidding documents:

First, the scope of the guarantee and the guaranteed amount

We assume the guarantee responsibility when the bidder has the following circumstances:

1. Fifth, the release of the guarantee responsibility

1. If the warranty period expires, you have not submitted a written guarantee to us, and we will release the guarantee responsibility from the day after the expiration of the guarantee period.

3. In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or other circumstances that should be relieved of our guarantee obligations, our warranty obligations under this letter of guarantee are also lifted.

6. Disclaimer

1. We will not assume the guarantee responsibility if the bidder fails to perform the obligation due to your breach of contract.

2. In accordance with the provisions of the law or your separate agreement with the bidder, exempting the bidder from part or all of the obligations, we also waive its corresponding guarantee responsibility.

3. If the bidder cannot fulfill the obligation due to force majeure, we will not assume the guarantee responsibility.

Seven, the settlement of the dispute

The dispute arising from this letter of guarantee shall be settled by negotiation between you and us. If the negotiation fails, the case shall be settled through litigation, and the court of the jurisdiction shall be ____________ the court.

8. The effective date of the letter of guarantee
