Sixth, payment method

1. After the signing of the contract, Party A's materials will be present and will be started for two days. Party A will deliver the total amount of Party B's project advance payment.

2. After the commencement of work, Party A shall pay the advance payment of Party B's total project according to the progress of the project, and the balance shall be paid in one lump sum in the project acceptance.

VII. Materials and equipment: The engineering materials required for this project shall be purchased by Party B and organized in time. The materials and equipment storage site shall be provided by Party A to meet the needs of the project and have a good storage place. The construction party shall be responsible for cleaning up the garbage and waste generated during the construction.

Eight, engineering construction

1. Party B must strictly carry out the construction according to the design drawings. If there is any violation, Party A has the right to propose to stop work or rework, and Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused.

2. Party B is responsible for the decoration design, the construction drawings and the details of the materials. After the two parties have approved, the information is an inseparable part of the contract. The additional investment due to the design defects and the insufficient investment in the design of the plan are in the responsibility of Party B. .

3. Party A must notify Party B in advance of the project during the construction, and the two parties should sign the additional agreement. Party A shall be responsible for the losses and lost time caused by the proposed increase and reconstruction project, and the construction period will be postponed.

4. Party B shall understand the compliance with the relevant provisions of the Property Management Office and abide by the construction technical specifications. The construction party shall be responsible for the personal injury and damage to the facilities caused by Party B's construction.

5. If Party B does not comply with the relevant provisions of the Property Management Office, Party B shall be responsible for the fine.

IX. Engineering quality

1. The project is based on construction drawings, method descriptions, and design changes as quality assessment acceptance criteria.

2. Due to the unqualified quality of the materials provided by Party B, the quality of the project will be affected, and the rework costs will be borne by Party B.

3. Party B shall be responsible for all the consequences of the quality accident that cannot be reworked due to Party B’s reasons.

4. The decoration engineering quality warranty is one year.

X. Project acceptance

Party B shall issue a project acceptance notice. The personnel of both parties shall go to the construction site and accept the project according to the requirements of the design drawings and relevant standards. After the acceptance, the responsible persons of both parties shall sign and approve the acceptance form. If the project is not experienced, Party A shall use it in advance. Or use it automatically, the quality and safety problems that occur will be borne by Party A and the date of commencement of use by Party A is the date of completion acceptance.

XI. Liability for breach of contract

Any party that violates the terms of this contract will be liable to the observant for damages caused by the breaching party.

Twelve, remarks

This contract has no details. Party A and Party B shall supplement the agreement or clause through negotiation, such as this contract. In the event of a dispute between Party B, both parties have the right to file an arbitration or lawsuit with the Economic Contract Arbitration Commission or the People's Court of the Industrial and Commercial Administration of the place where the contract is signed, and execute it according to the Arbitration Commission's arbitration or court judgment.

XIII. The quotation form of this contract is in quadruplicate. Both Party A and Party B shall hold two copies, which shall become effective after being signed and sealed by the representatives of both parties and have legal effect.
