As the decoration of Party A's office building needs to choose the decoration unit for design and construction, the three parties of B, C and D are professional decoration and design units. The parties negotiated and reached the following contract:

I. _________ years _________ months _________ days ago, Party B, C and D have completed the investigation and understanding of Party A's basic requirements, and Party A cooperates with Party B's work.

2. _________ years _________ months _________ days ago, Party B shall complete the design plan of the plan and renderings, as well as the project investment estimate and economic analysis.

3. Party A shall decide on the adopted plan within _________ days after collecting the information mentioned in the preceding article of the three parties. The program can be a proposal proposed by one party or a combination of two or three parties.

4. The construction drawing shall be made by the designer according to the final design plan of Party A.

5. According to the construction drawing of the designer, the project budget and workload list will be produced by B, C and D.

6. Party A shall determine the responsibility for the renovation of the construction project within _________ days after receiving the information mentioned in the preceding article. The construction contract will be signed separately.

If the designer has not been identified as the construction party, the designer agrees that Party A will use its design plan and construction drawing free of charge; at the same time, the construction party shall give the designer appropriate compensation, and the specific compensation amount shall be negotiated by the construction party and the design party.

7. Party A shall not pay the design fee and construction drawing production fee; the construction party shall not include it in the decoration cost.

8. This contract shall come into effect on the date of signature and seal of both parties. This contract shall be in the form of a copy.
