2. In the event of an emergency repair accident, the contractor shall arrive at the scene of the accident immediately after receiving the notice of the accident.

3. For quality problems involving structural safety, it shall immediately report to the local construction administrative department in accordance with the provisions of the “Building Construction Quality Warranty Measures” and take safety precautions; the original design unit or the design unit with the corresponding qualification level shall submit the warranty. 4. After the quality warranty is completed, the contractor will organize the acceptance.
