six. Engineering Quality

Seven. Fulfillment of margin and labor labor costs and payments:

1. Party B shall pay Party A a labor performance bond of RMB 10,000 yuan within one week.

2. Party A shall return Party B's performance bond to RMB 10,000 yuan within five days after the main body of the project is capped.

3. The main frame structure of the project will be completed on the fifth floor. Party A shall pay Party B's labor service fee at 85% of the total price, and settle the project volume on the 25th of each month, and pay 85% of the labor wage within the next five days.

4. The site has an average of 50 yuan per day in addition to the contract, and the technician is 70 yuan per day.

5. Party A shall enter Party B's labor wages into Party B's account, and Party B shall provide Party A with a labor fee receipt.

6. All labor service payments will be paid within one month after the completion of the project.

Eight. A. Party B's responsibilities:

1. Party B shall only provide one of the welding machines and the required “strands and nails for the construction of the project”, and the rest shall be the responsibility of Party A.

2. Party A shall provide the office and accommodation room of Party B personnel, the equipment and pots of the cafeteria.

3. Party B shall provide Party A's on-site management personnel for work and dining free of charge.

nine. Due to the reasons of Party A, the site was shut down, and Party A was expected to subsidize RMB 50 per person per day according to the on-site personnel.

ten. Site safety:

1. On the spot, according to the requirements of Party A, Party B personnel shall abide by the rules and regulations on site and achieve safe production and civilized construction.
