According to the "Measures for the Administration of the Sale of Public Housing in Chongqing" and the relevant housing reform policies, Party A and Party B agree to sign the following agreements:

1. Party B has purchased part of the property rights of a set of houses listed in the following table according to the original preferential sales policy. Now, according to the policy of housing system reform, Party B will repay the house price and improve the property rights of the house.

2. Party A agrees that Party B shall calculate the actual payment for the purchase of the above houses in the following _____ manner.

6. Party B shall be responsible for the maintenance of the house indoors, but the maintenance of the common parts and shared facilities of the building where the house is located shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.

Party B obeys the after-sales property management of the residential area where the house is located.

7. Party A shall be responsible for the unified handling of the “Building Ownership Certificate” and the “State-owned Land Use Certificate”. After the project is completed, it shall be handed over to Party B. The costs of the relevant certificates shall be borne by Party A and Party B in accordance with the policy.

9. This contract is made in triplicate. Both Party A and Party B shall sign and seal and shall be effective after Party B has paid the house price at the agreed time. Each of Party A and Party B of this contract shall hold one copy and submit a copy of the real estate ownership registration authority.
