Second, the settlement method

Fourth, Party B’s responsibility

1. Construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of safe production, and Party B shall be responsible for all safety accidents and disputes arising during the construction process.

2. Party B of each individual project must carry out construction according to Party A's construction plan, and Party A can check and accept it after completion. In case of special circumstances, Party A and Party B shall jointly negotiate and handle it.

3. Party B must handle the coordination of local relations with neighboring groups during construction.

V. Project quality

1. Party B must accept the construction quality supervision of Party A and the witness.

2. Obey the construction plan of Party A and the witness.

3. Party B shall be responsible for all economic losses caused by construction quality problems.

Eight, other

1.
