According to the construction needs of the ____ construction and installation project, the existing housing of Party B will be demolished with the approval of the planning department and the demolition housing authority. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and ensure the smooth progress of the demolition work, the parties have fully negotiated this agreement for mutual compliance.

Article 1 Party B has a ____ structure of housing within the scope of Party A's land use __ __ __, a total of __ square meters, all handed over to Party A for demolition. Party A is responsible for arranging housing for Party B __ square meters before __年__月__.

Article 2 Party B shall move to the housing or revolving house where Party A will be resettled before ____________, and Party A shall pay Party B a relocation fee of __ yuan within __ days after Party B's relocation.

Article 3 Party A shall grant subsidies to Party B during the temporary turnover period as follows:

Article 6 If Party A fails to deliver various fees to Party B according to the date stipulated in the contract, if it is overdue, Party B shall pay Party B a penalty of __% of the amount owed; Party A shall not be in accordance with the location, area and level specified in the contract. If Party B is placed in housing, Party B shall pay Party B a liquidated damages of __ yuan. Party B may sue in a court of competent jurisdiction and require Party A to perform its obligations in accordance with the contract.

If Party B refuses to relocate after Party A has settled the house according to the contract, Party A shall apply for the local real estate management department to move out to Party B within a time limit. If a dispute arises in the execution of the contract and cannot be resolved through negotiation between the two parties, it may be submitted to the local real estate management department for mediation. If the mediation fails, it may be submitted to the contract management authority for arbitration or a people's court with jurisdiction.
