In order to protect the rights and interests of both Party A and Party B and ensure the smooth progress of urban construction, according to the Regulations on Urban House Demolition Management and relevant archives, Party A and Party B agreed to implement monetary compensation after negotiation and reached the following agreement:

First, the basis for demolition

According to the "House Demolition License" ____________ room __________ dismantling the __________ number, Party A needs to demolish the house where __________ resides within the scope of demolition due to the construction of __________ project.

Second, the demolished house

Party B resides in the non-set/formal residential house _______ within the scope of demolition, the building area is _______m2; the informal house ______, the building area ______m2.

Party B has a registered population of ____________, and the actual resident population is __________, which is ________________________.

Third, the amount of compensation

Party A shall pay Party B's compensation amount __________ yuan, including:

1. Ownership compensation

According to the assessment agency's assessment, the replacement price of the demolished house is ___________yuan/m2, and the construction area of ​​the demolished house is ________m2, and Party A shall give the compensation for ownership ____ yuan. 2. Use right compensation

Fourth, the subsidy

V. Payment method and term

If Party A delays payment of the above-mentioned compensation and subsidy, the part of the late payment shall pay the principal and interest according to the bank interest rate of the same period.

6. Party B's relocation period

If Party B fails to complete the relocation within the time limit specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall pay a liquidated damages of __________ yuan per day according to the number of deferred days.

Seven, cancellation of registration
