Article 1 Contract items and definitions
1.1 The host hosted the nails and placed the host in the computer room of Party B to be hosted by Party B. Party B provided the rack space and the corresponding computer room environment for Party A, and connected the host to the international Internet, which is the user of Party A or Party A. Provide internet information services.
1.2 “u” refers to the height of the host hosted in a standard cabinet, 1u=4.45cm.
Article 2 Party A's rights and obligations
2.1 When applying for this business, Party A shall provide the application form and identity certificate file. The company or enterprise shall provide the business license, business license and other supporting documents of the enterprise legal person. If Party A operates an advertisement, it shall provide Party B with a copy of the advertising business license;
2.2 Party A shall pay the relevant fees in accordance with the contract, and shall have the right to obtain the rack space and corresponding network interface assigned by Party B;
2.3 Party A's equipment shall comply with the technical interface indicators of the public communication network and the network of the Party B and the technical standards, communication characteristics and communication methods of the terminal communication. Party A shall strengthen the security management of its managed equipment to prevent being attacked or invaded. For example, due to the attack and intrusion, the Party B has the right to stop the operation of Party A's services;
2.4 For the equipment managed by Party B, Party A is responsible for the installation, upgrade, maintenance management, system security setting, troubleshooting and data maintenance of the software and hardware configuration.
2.5 Party A has the right to autonomous business operations and ownership of information resources in accordance with the terms of this contract. After receiving the information such as the ip address, login account number and password provided by Party B, Party A can independently control and control its own server, modify the initial password, upload software or data, and bear full responsibility for its own operation. Party A is solely responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of the data stored on its own server.
2.6 Party A's business activities using this contract service must comply with the Telecommunications Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Provisions on the International Network of Computer Information Network of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Management of Internet Information Services, and other relevant laws and regulations. And bear full responsibility for the political responsibility, legal liability, copyright disputes and economic disputes caused by the business activities.
2.6.1 If Party A's business activities using this contract service are subject to the approval or approval of the relevant state departments, Party A shall go through the relevant formalities and obtain the approval or approval of the relevant departments, and any problems caused by Party A shall be Party B shall not be responsible for any responsibility and responsibility.
2.6.2 Party A shall be responsible for the security of its own network information, shall not transmit spam or provide platforms and services for spam organizations; shall not use telecommunication networks to attack, invade other people's networks and hosts; shall not make, copy, publish or transmit Information on obscenity, pornography, gambling, etc. as stipulated in Article 57 of the Telecommunications Regulations of the People's Republic of China, otherwise Party B has the right to stop the service until the contract is terminated.
2.7 If Party A's system operation affects the stability of Party B's network or major network information security issues, Party B has the right to suspend Party A's hosting service until the problem is solved, resulting in all consequences and liabilities. Responsible by Party A;
2.8 When Party A rents the entire rack or leases the vip machine room, the installation equipment must fully consider the supply of the equipment room and the rack power supply. The power supply overload must not be excessively increased, which affects the reliability and stability of the equipment operation. In the same rack, there must be enough space for heat dissipation between the placed equipment and the equipment. If the equipment is overloaded due to excessive equipment placement, or the equipment is not stable due to insufficient heat dissipation space between the equipment, communication interruption or even hardware burning, Party A will assume all responsibilities;
2.9 Party A shall strictly manage the IP address assigned by Party B to ensure the reasonable and legal use of the IP address. Party A has the right to use the ip address and cannot be transferred to others.
2.10 Party A's personnel may enter Party B's equipment room for equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance after Party B's consent. Party A shall comply with Party B's computer room management regulations after entering Party B's equipment room.
2.11 Party A shall pay the hosting fee to Party B on time;
Article 3 Party B's Rights and Obligations
3.1 Party B shall provide Party A with the equipment room space and related facilities leased by Party A in this contract for the purpose of placing Party A's equipment, and its property rights shall be owned by Party B;
3.2 Party B provides Party A with the standard equipment room environment required for placing the host, including: lighting system, power system, constant temperature and humidity system, monitoring system, access control system, fire protection system, anti-static floor, server system security, etc. Party B provides Party A with the standard network environment required to implement the hosting business, including standard switch interfaces, Internet outlets, and space environments.
3.3 Party B shall be responsible for the physical security of Party A's managed equipment to ensure the normal operation of Party A's managed equipment. Party B shall be liable for the loss of Party A's managed equipment or system failure due to the unstable power supply voltage of Party B or the leakage of the house. Reinstate Party A's hardware equipment, or bear the corresponding hardware liability. The compensation amount is limited to the hardware replacement price of the equipment, and does not include related software, database and similar settings or other related joint liabilities;
3.4 Party B shall provide a high-speed data connection for Party A's host to access the internet in accordance with the provisions of this contract. And assist Party A to apply for domain name and analysis;
3.5 After Party A pays the fee as agreed, Party B shall open the hosting service for Party A within one week after the domain name is set. Party B is responsible for the routine maintenance and monitoring of the host to ensure the normal operation of Party A's host;
3.6 Party B collects the relevant fees in accordance with this contract, and does not receive payment from Party A within the stipulated time. Party B has the right to terminate Party A's hosting service;
3.7 If Party B's network is faulty due to Party A's reasons, Party B has the right to suspend Party A's hosting service until the problem is resolved;
3.8 Party B shall provide necessary assistance and cooperation for Party A's equipment installation, network commissioning and on-site system maintenance.
3.9 After the termination or cancellation of this contract, Party A shall remove its servers and ancillary equipment from Party B's equipment within 5 working days. Otherwise, Party B shall have the right to dispose of the server and the loss of the server and ancillary facilities. Or damage is not responsible.
Article 4 Fees and payment methods
4.1 The amount of fees involved in this contract is always in RMB.

4.2 The dedicated line or account used by Party B to maintain the host is charged according to the current tariff.
4.3 If the telecommunications tariff changes during the cooperation period, Party B will charge Party A according to the new standard.
Article 5 Liability for breach of contract
5.1 Failure by either party to perform its obligations under this contract shall be considered a breach of contract, and the defaulting party shall pay the breaching party a certain amount of liquidated damages or compensate the direct economic loss of the observing party.
5.2 If Party A fails to pay the amount due to Party B on time, Party B shall, within one day after the expiration of Party B, collect Party A’s unpaid amount of 5‰, and Party B shall have the right to stop providing services to Party A after 15 days until Party A pays all the money. So far, Party B does not have to bear any responsibility for the loss of Party A due to the termination of service by Party B during this period;
5.3 If Party A owes a fee, Party B shall have a lien on Party A's custody equipment. Party A owes more than half a year, and Party B has full power to dispose of Party A's equipment and software, hardware, data and information;
Article 6 Force majeure
6.1 Due to force majeure, neither party to this contract can perform part or all of the terms of the contract, and the party that is subject to force majeure does not need to bear any responsibility, but should promptly notify the other party. Force majeure refers to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods; irresistible factors such as wars, military actions or government decrees, changes in directives, y2k problems, hackers, viruses, and technical adjustments in the telecommunications sector.
Article 7 Dispute and Arbitration
7.1 In the event of a dispute arising from the execution of the contract, the parties shall settle the dispute through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the case shall be brought to the court of the jurisdiction of Party B.
Article 8 Other
8.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, Party A and Party B shall be responsible for the confidentiality of the contents of this contract and any related materials, software, data, etc., and shall not disclose it to any third party without the permission of the other party;
8.2 This contract shall come into effect on the date of signature and seal by both parties, in ____ copies, and each party shall hold ____ copies, all of which have the same legal effect;
8.3 After the contract takes effect, it is legally binding and no party may change or cancel it at will. When it is necessary to change or cancel the contract, both parties shall agree and exchange letters or sign contracts with each other to be valid;
