2. Duties of both parties
2.1 Party A's duties
2.1.1 Responsible for providing the original materials, raw data and overall design instructions necessary for the project to Party B in a timely manner, and dealing with issues related to Party A's responsibility in the operation of the project.
2.1.2 According to the scope of work, work requirements and progress plan required by the contract, check the progress of Party B's work, try out the corresponding functional modules, and promptly propose amendments.
2.1.3 When project changes are proposed, communicate with Party B in a timely manner, formulate corresponding supplementary agreements, and re-confirm the corresponding scope of work, work requirements, schedules and corresponding project costs.
2.2 Party B's duties
2.2.1 Promptly submit to Party A the original materials, original data and overall design description list necessary for the project, propose implementation plans, and coordinate the issues related to Party B's responsibility in the operation of the project.
2.2.2 Decompose the project according to the scope of work and work requirements required by the contract, estimate the workload of each job, and then formulate detailed work progress according to the process relationship of each task and the current human load situation of each professional of Party B. plan.
2.2.3 Arrange the implementation of each task according to the detailed work schedule agreed by both parties, and notify Party A to check in due course.
2.2.4 Process project changes, modify the corresponding scope of work, work requirements, task decomposition, schedule and corresponding costs.
2.2.5 Cooperate with Party A to do trial and close work. Responsible for resolving problems in use and problems arising from inquiries, for a period of 2 months, excluding changes of more than medium.

3.3 Work coordination program:
The implementation and change of the work of each stage of the project must be managed by the project managers of both parties, and the implementation content, implementation plan, change measures and corrective measures should be determined in writing, and the project manager should arrange the specific work of each party.
4 Work content and requirements Party B completes the “economical” plan for the website construction project for Party A, and the price is ¥_____ yuan.

5. Decomposition of work tasks, schedules and cost estimates According to the work content and requirements of the project, the work breakdown structure and costs of the project are as follows:

6 The list of finished products submitted by Party B to Party A.
The changes in the database structure, website function changes, website logo, general web page layout, dynamic web page layout and column icon changes proposed by Party A that have little impact on web design and programming are moderate changes.
The local layout of the webpage proposed by Party A and the local color and character changes that have no effect on the overall layout are minor changes.
The responsibility for the change caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B.
Changes caused by third-party reasons shall be resolved jointly by both parties, regardless of the cost of the change.
8. After the completion of the post-service and expense project, Party B is responsible for setting up the database, web server site, webpage code, ip or url address required by Party A's website to ensure the normal operation of Party A's website.
The data update is carried out by Party A itself.
From the second year onwards, the annual maintenance cost is _____ yuan.
After the completion of the project, Party A may add incomplete information and pictures. Party B shall complete Party A's website in accordance with the implementation functions and column contents of the “Website Construction Type” signed in this contract, and no additional fees will be charged.
After the completion of the project, if Party A needs to add functional modules, change the style of the website, and add other columns and contents, it will be charged separately, and the quotation will be charged according to the _____% of the public quotation.
The processing time of the above two parties is negotiated by both parties, but must be completed within _____ days and meet the requirements of Party A.
9. Party B cannot bear the losses and any liability for the following circumstances:
Due to the illegal content of Party A's website, it was closed by the relevant state departments;
Due to isp, line failure, and other non-resistance factors, Party A's website cannot be accessed;
Due to the wrong operation of the website management program by Party A, the website cannot be accessed;
The website is inaccessible due to other unforeseen factors.
10. The handling of breach of contract after the signing of the contract is due to Party A's failure to provide the necessary information and amendments on time, resulting in delays in the progress of the project, and the project cannot be completed on time, and Party A is fully responsible.
Since Party A cannot pay the balance and annual maintenance fee on time, Party B has the right to stop the operation of Party A's website until Party A pays the balance.
If Party A cannot continue to perform this contract due to other reasons, Party A shall be responsible for all responsibilities and this contract shall be terminated. The deposit paid to Party B will not be refunded as a penalty.
Due to the reasons of Party B, Party A's website cannot be accessed, and Party B must extend Party A's service period.
Due to the technical reasons of Party B, Party A’s requirements cannot be met and will be resolved through negotiation between the two parties.
11. Project Fees and Payment Methods In accordance with the work content and requirements of Article 4 of this contract, the parties agree that the cost of the project is RMB _____ yuan.
After the completion of the project, Party A shall check and accept the project in accordance with the work content and requirements of Article 4. After confirming the approval, submit the acceptance report to Party A. And the corresponding fees will be settled on the same day and the daily fee will be charged _____% late fee. The delay in the total progress of the project caused by Party B is also deducted from the _____% late fee. . Party A shall pay Party B a deposit of ¥_____ yuan, and this contract shall become effective. After the website is officially opened, Party A pays the remaining amount of ¥__.
This Agreement is made in two copies and each party holds one copy. In the case of unfinished matters, the two sides should resolve the issue through consultation and cooperation.
