_________ agreed to be a member of the _________ University Cooperative Development Committee. After discussion and negotiation with _________ University, the following agreement was reached:
I. The purpose of cooperation is to adhere to the tenet of “facing the future, strengthening cooperation, complementing each other's advantages and developing together”, and establishing and developing friendly and cooperative relations between the two sides. Through cooperation and development, we will make more contributions to the development of China's social economy.
Second, the cooperation content on the basis of joint compliance with the _________ University Cooperative Development Committee's charter, the two sides to cooperate.
For Party A, set up a special student, excellent student scholarship and bursary for Party B;
Help Party B to raise funds for running schools;
Provide all kinds of safe and efficient financial services for teachers and students of Party B.
For Party B to provide consulting services for Party A;
Under the same conditions, priority is given to handling deposit and loan business in Party A;
Priority is given to providing outstanding graduates to Party A; priority is given to Party A's entrustment to train urgently needed professionals for Party A; and Party A's joint training for students in school;
Provide various forms of non-academic education for Party A employees;
It is convenient for Party A to use Party B's books and materials;
Under the premise of complying with the national admission policy, priority is given to the children of Party A employees.
3. The parties to the agreement shall strictly abide by the relevant laws of the State, and the unfinished matters shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.
4. The original of this Agreement shall be in duplicate and each party shall hold one copy with the same legal effect.
