1. Party A will deliver the gifted property and its ownership certificate to Party B within the agreed time limit, and cooperate with Party B to handle relevant legal procedures in accordance with the law.
2. After receiving the property donated by Party A, Party B shall issue a legal and valid financial receipt certificate and register it for proper management and use.
Article 4 Party A has the right to inquire Party B about the use and management of the donated property, and to provide opinions and suggestions. For Party A's inquiry, Party B shall reply truthfully.
Article 5 Party B has the right to use the donated property reasonably in accordance with the purposes agreed upon in this Agreement, but may not arbitrarily change the use of the donated property. If it is necessary to change the purpose, Party A's consent should be obtained.
Article 6 Party B shall give Party A corresponding recognition and reward according to the relevant provisions of the State and the ______ Education Foundation.
Article 7 This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by the authorized representatives of both parties, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction and protection of the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China.
