Corporate Education and Training Agreement

__________University and __________, regarding corporate education and training matters, the two parties agreed to set the agreement as follows:
1. When Party B employees hold service certificates and identification certificates to participate in the __________ class courses offered by Party A, Party B enjoys the preferential treatment of tuition fees:

2. This preferential method may not be implemented concurrently with other preferential treatment methods.
2. When Party B employees sign up for the course training, they should show their credentials on their own initiative, otherwise Party A may refuse to give preferential treatment.

4. Party B shall unconditionally convey the information of Party A's course to the employees of the company.
5. During the period of validity of the agreement, Party B shall not refuse preferential treatment when Party B signs up for the course with valid documents, otherwise Party B may automatically stop the special relationship.
