Party A:

After friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B reached an agreement on Party A's entrustment to Party B to act as a seaborne export cargo business.
First, the responsibilities of both parties:
1. As the freight forwarder of Party A, Party A shall provide Party A with the shipping export schedule and other relevant information on a regular basis.
2. Party A shall, in accordance with the requirements of the export cargo power of attorney, fill in a power of attorney with correct, complete and true contents and affix its official seal to Party B. If you need to install a ship or a shipping company, you should indicate it on the power of attorney.
3. Party B shall conduct a serious review of Party A's export cargo information, carry out the ship according to the packing, expiration date and stocking requirements requested by Party A, and promptly return the ship's cabin to Party A to arrange relevant matters.
4. Party A shall be responsible for providing the information required for Party B's work on time and the corresponding cooperation shall be provided to Party B 7 days in advance, and Party B shall not bear the corresponding responsibility if the delay is caused by the provision of information.
5. If Party A requests to change the information, it shall issue a written change order and notify Party B the day before the ship sails. If Party A is responsible for the change of the information, Party A shall bear the expenses.

Second, the cost and settlement:
1. Upon the request of Party A, Party B agrees to settle the sea freight and related expenses for the month in the following manner.

2. Party A shall pay Party B's sea freight and related expenses at the time agreed upon in the agreement. If Party A cannot fulfill the payment responsibility due to Party A's reasons, Party B has the right to retain Party A's goods, bill of lading and relevant documents, and the resulting liabilities and expenses shall be borne by Party A.
3. Party B will fax the bill of lading directly to your company the day after the vessel sails. And within 35 days, on the premise of Party A clearing the payment, the verification form will be returned to Party B.
Third, other terms:
1. The export cargo power of attorney is an integral part of the agreement and is an offer and commitment of the agreement to implement the agreement in stages.
2. In the case of the agreed sea freight and domestic section related fees, in case of the national price and the shipping company's freight rate adjustment, both parties shall promptly notify the other party and make corresponding adjustments.
3. The parties shall resolve the matter as far as possible in this agreement. If it is not determined by the local court of Party B.
4. The agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature and shall be valid for one year. If the parties to the expiration have no objections, the agreement will be automatically postponed. If either party files an objection or terminates the agreement, it must notify the other party in writing one month in advance.
5. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each Party A and Party B.
