Both Party A and Party B signed the "Contract or Agreement" on the date of the year. According to the agreement of the main contract, Party B shall pay Party A a sum of RMB 10,000 on the date of the year.
In order to ensure the performance of the above-mentioned main contract, Party C voluntarily acts as the guarantor of Party B. The parties have reached this guarantee contract:
1. The scope of the guarantee of Party C is the full contractual obligations of Party B in the main contract and all the contractual liabilities incurred, as well as the necessary expenses such as travel expenses, legal fees, and attorney fees paid by Party A to realize the above rights;
Second, the guarantee period is up to the date of the year;
3. The guarantee method is the guarantee of joint and several liability, that is, Party A has the right to choose to claim all rights to Party B or Party C at that time;
4. If Party B or Party C fails to perform its obligations at that time, the parties agree that Party A shall, in the event of a last resort, claim the right to the People's Court of Xihu District;
5. The parties are clear that in order to sign this contract, each has completed the procedure and the necessary authorization, and signing this contract is true and voluntary.

6. This contract shall become effective upon signature by the parties. The contract is in triplicate and one for each party.
